Love the location. Always clean and comfortable. And the breakfast is always great!

This stay wld have been perfect had we not been woken up our first morning to drilling and grinding in the room next to us at 6:30! Definitely feel like they cld have held off till a little later for guests, or at the very least let us know or maybe even put us in a room away from the noise, the hotel wasn’t packed you would think common sense wld be not to put guest in a room next to one that is being remodeled.

Breakfast was very good every morning. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond for us and really helped us out.

I wish there were certain rooms or floors that didn’t allow pets. My wife has terrible allergies and had breathing issues because of the dander in the rooms. It could be arranged for the whole 5th floor (or similar area)to be pet free very easily I think.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower was new, quite large, and had good doors so water didn't get all over the bathroom. Breakfast was good and they had plenty of gluten-free options, which is important to us.

The sofa bed in the room was very uncomfortable. When you offer a sofa bed as an option, it should be comfortable enough to sleep a full night on, or you could offer a mattress topper to make it a workable option.

Hotel was clean and facilities were great. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of cold and hot items. Excellent Mexican restaurant about 50 yards away... we enjoyed it.

It is a bit of a challenging location to find with I79 North and I 70 west running together. With the help of Waze we got there ok. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I believe her name is Madonna. She is very pretty but maybe not quite up to the famous Madonna standards.

For our purposes the location was ideal. The room was sufficiently spacious. The bed was comfortable. Clean. Breakfast ate well. Most of all, the clerk, Ami, was helpful.

No negatives … maybe one … the odd chair was hard. A little short of comfortable.

Clean, open, bright, on our way home

There was a wide-spread power outage. We would have lost our money if we didn’t stay. Thankfully the power came back on. It would have been a hot, dark night with no power. The one woman crew did an awesome job, but she should have never been alone!! At least two people should be on duty!! Kudos to Madonna - she deserves a bonus!!

Quite comfortable. Temperature controls easy to work and they functioned properly. Room was very clean and bathroom was as well. Nice appointments. Bed was comfy as was the adjacent couch in the room. Really liked the small table. Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Coffee was great and available at all times.

Evening front desk lady was very helpful. She shared local knowledge. Very friendly. Definitely a keeper!

Breakfast area seating not the most comfortable. Noisy chairs scraping on the floors. Food was mediocre. No donuts? Danish?

The pool heater didn’t work, which was one the main reasons we wanted to stay at a hotel, even called to ask before hand if their pool was open, they never mentioned the heater wasn’t working

The check in staff person, Madonna was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was varied and the area was kept clean.

The breakfast potatoes were too hard. Not quite cooked enough.
