The staff were absolutely amazing. Always willing to help and check up on you to make sure that everything is okay with your stay. They have free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate all day long which the kids loved. The free breakfast was very good. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall very pleased with our stay.

The bed felt like it sunk in toward the middle but at the end of the day there is nothing like your bed at home so that is expected.

The lobby was very nice for meeting up with family who were also staying at the Holiday Inn. Very nice and convenient. Felt very safe. I didn't eat breakfast but other family members did with children.

There was about a 12-inch area at the base of my bathtub that looked slimy and like mold. That kinda turned me off. We were also affected by a fire alarm Sunday evening, alot of us were in bed. That was inconvenient, but better to be safe than sorry!

The room was comfortable and the bed was great. Was a quiet area and felt secure in parking car in lot.

Facility was not very clean, dirt and debris on the floor. Dining area was not clean and dirty tables. Breakfast food was over cooked, bagels and breads were old and stale, and pancake machine wasnt working. Very disappointed.

Location was convenient and it was easy to travel to surrounding stores/restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff was very friendly and its parking lot is well lit with EV charging stations available too. The room was comfortable,clean and quiet.

I was very nice!!! The pool was nice, it was clean and neat. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was extra comfortable. The breakfast was good. They have 24-hour coffee available in the lobby. It smells good in the hotel and the elevator. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was not happy when I learned I wasn't receiving points because I booked through a third party. This is just not right. This eliminates me from shopping for the best price.

Breakfast was ok. It filled the belly. Would have liked a few more options for drinks besides coffee and milk. Warm cinnamon rolls were a plus.
