Hands down best hotel in the area. Emily the manager is exceptional and makes it seamless. When you hit the front desk for anything you might meet Debbie who is phenomenal and try’s her best to accommodate any request. No matter who you may encounter, they make this a home away from home, so if you have transitional needs or a work stay, you can rest assured that here at Carnegie, they understand and invest into your situation, you aren’t just a room number!

I didn’t find anything that I disliked.

The staff is by far the best I have ever seen! Our first hotel was a nightmare when we arrived, it had mold stains and the service was horrific. Wouldn't give our money back after showing them why we weren't staying. We left and booked our room at this hotel and when I arrived I told the lady what had happened and showed her the pictures. She couldn't believe her eyes. There were 5 of us so I asked if they had a cot we could use and unfortunately they ran out. So she said let me figure something our for you...a few minutes later she said how about I give you another room at no cost out of your pocket. She paid for our 2nd room because of how bad she felt. I tried to give her money but she refused to take it. Her and the rest of the staff were amazing. I also want to say how awesome the housekeepers are!

Staff is always so helpful and very efficient! Everything is super clean! The property is managed well, inside and outside! My stay has been so comfortable and convenient. I will recommend to anyone!!

The booking was easy. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and our stay easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable with two double beds and a fold out couch.

I have nothing negative to say about the property. Our stay was pleasant and quiet, and a great value for the price.

Very convenient location.

There is no dishes or pots and pans. Stay before at one and that was provided. But our error and just went and got paper plates. Booking. Com list lots of things that property doesn’t have. Free breakfast, gym etc.

Pet friendly, clean washer & dryer easily accessible (same floor) kitchenette. We on my needed a pet friendly place to lay our heads for one night. It had exactly everything we needed and close to the highway. It is no Ritz Carlton but for a reasonably priced pet friendly hotel, it was a nice place. The staff was super friendly and helpful!!

The guy working night shift was absolutely great. Very accommodating and helpful when our microwave needed replacement. Very nice made me comfortable from the 1st night I checked in. He made rounds to ensure the property was safe and secure which I absolutely loved. Great stay will return for sure. Location was great!!!

The heater was acting funny

I really like the location and the clean environment. The staff qas very helpful and polite.

If your on vacation with kids shouldn't have to make kids sit down in room so other residents with out kids can rest..people with children should automatically be put on 1st floor

It was convenient to my doctor’s appointment, pet friendly, and had a microwave and refrigerator.

The breakfast was inadequate with muffins, granola bars, oatmeal packets, and coffee. I eat low carb so I couldn’t eat any of it and I only brought lunch and dinner foods. The hotel was inexpensive for it’s location but just a basic hotel which would cost less at other locations.

Not what expected

No booklet of guide with say Phone #s, near by restaurants or needed necessities. There was no phone or contact mode in the room
