The room was very nice, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast and staff there were very nice. The cleaning staff were nicer than the desk check in staff!!! The cleaning staff were smiling and spoke to us, very pleasant!

It's a long walk from the valet in front of the casino to the check-in desk in the hotel. Valet did not take our luggage, they brought a cart for us to use. If there are elderly and in our case my husband came down with a heel spur a week before we had scheduled this trip, it can be to far of a walk.

It is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed that the breakfast was included and we could enjoy eating it outside! Hotel was in a perfect location and you can easily walk the city!

When asking the front desk the best way to get to things they didn't really know how to answer and were quick to look at each other to help answer us. The "T" as they call it does run to a certain stations for free but it does make you wait awhile, and does close early...we were there for a concert and weren't told by the front desk when we asked and they suggested to take the "T" that it wouldn't be available after the concert to get back!

Room and view was fabulous. Staff were super friendly. The river view rooms are truly unbeatable in Pittsburgh. Location is really good for going to a Steelers or pirates game could easily park there and walk the river walk to the games so you don’t have to pay for parking.

The parking was quite unbearable to get in and out of and to find. The valet is a must use which is unfortunate if you don’t like anyone driving your car like me. The check in area is also kind of weird finding but you can guess that it’ll be coming up. Overall I wish the hotel had its own parking and entrance. This way the hotel could be separate from the chaos that is the casino.

I needed to check in early as I wanted to set up a birthday surprise and Mary was pleasant and helpful in getting this accomplished. Finding out later that they were practically sold out made the effort all the more appreciated. Loved the room decor, comfortable bed, and the city view at night was beautiful. Honorable mention for the great walk-in shower. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was well maintained with fresh and hot food items, not just continental 😋 We only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it.

We wanted something close to Acrisure stadium - it was so much closer than we thought it would be! Perfect location for us. The room was exceptionally cleanas well as the bathroom. I love the shower design. I was worried it would be noisy since our first night was a Steeler game and being adjacent to the casino (people can often be rowdy and obnoxious and most hotel walls are thin so the noise carries). I was pleasantly surprised that we could not hear a thing in the room!

I was disappointed with room service - both the options and the operating hours. After a very long day my travel companion and I wanted to just chill in the room with some late dinner. However, nothing was available. We could have gone out or to the casino to eat, but we were spent and just wanted to chill in the rom. We ended up spending a fortune on Uber Eats and the delivery was over an hour late so the food was cold...we would have ordered room service if it had been available.

We interacted with Housekeeping, Front Desk and Dining staff. All were very friendly and attentive to us!

The hot food served at breakfast left little to be desired. It was either overcooked or just warm in temperature. We expected better. The soap dispenser was empty in the shower and only ONE washcloth provided. Also, this may sound minor however, it is rather significant. The metal plate over the drain in the shower creates an incredibly loud noise from the water hitting it. Even with the door closed it could be heard in the room. It was quite an annoyance to my husband who was trying to sleep.

So the food my girls and I had we all absolutely hated. We had the Chinese. It was horrible not only did it taste awful there was a hair im my daughter's. We returned the food the next morning and the head of food and beverage called and was just amazing! I work in the food industry and have my whole life.... not many people exist like him in our industry anymore! Great guy! I dont even care the food was awful cause of how great he took care of us after!!!!

The room was cozy and clean. The modern design was appealing. I especially like that the hotel is attached to the casino...very convenient. The valet staff was great as well! Very helpful!

Although the breakfast room was wonderful, the breakfast itself left a lot to be desired. The eggs were never hot, nor were the other hot items. The oatmeal appeared dry and unappetizing. The pancakes were bland, and the waffles tasted just like the pancakes - did you use the same batter? The pasteries, although plentiful, all were also quite tasteless. Not to mention that the bread selection, was limited by the time I got to breakfast, so it wasn't restocked on a regular basis. Thank goodness for the dry cereal, as that's what I enjoyed the most.

Got there early morning. Staff professional and efficient. Room looked brand new and very clean. Bathroom great

Just a heads up: if you dont valet you have to walk through the casino to your car no luggage allowed. When I got there no valet avail ( understandable: it was1 am and freezing and I didn’t really want valet anyway) and luckily when I walked through the casino they allowed me to bring my small overnight bag otherwise would have had to walk outside. On the way back left my bag at checkout and then got car then went back to pick it up.

The location was perfect! The facilities were very nice and the staff were helpful. Decent breakfast that changed every morning. It was great to be located in the casino where you could grab a bite to eat if you didn’t want to venture out. The walk along the River was great. This would be the perfect location to stay if you were going to a game. It’s also a stop for the double deck tour that allows you to hop on and hop off at all the hot spots.
