the value and location

the front desk is not manned. There was a couple standing ahead of us when I was waiting to check in, and I realized that there was a phone that you could call which was answered and I simply responded that there were people waiting to check in. I was not aware that the person had gone to help the folks before us, who told us when they got to the room it hadn't been cleaned. Our room was ready, cleaned and was so nice for the price we paid, enjoyed the king suite with the extra space in the little sitting room! w We were out late and overslept breakfast and we normally swim but it was a Steeler game so we checked out earlier than we normally would to get home!

The property was recently renovated, and my room was very clean. The king-size bed was very soft and comfortable, and the TV was brand new and worked fabulous. The staff was also very nice.

The only thing I didn't like about the property was the breakfast was very much of nothing other than bagels and cereal and icemaker was on the first floor and I was on the fourth floor.

The location was good for our travel purposes. It was also close to an outlet mall which we liked as well as other amenities. We thought the breakfast was ok, but as we are not big breakfast people - that is not why we picked this hotel. The lobby is very welcoming and we liked the fact that there was coffee and tea available in the lobby until 10 p.m.

The noise from the main highway is not ideal, so if we stayed there again, we would ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. Other than that we were very happy with out stay and would stay there again if we were travelling to South Carolina again.

We frequently stay at this property and are always satisfied. We were very disappointed with our stay.. the breakfast was lacking due to construction. Our room was missing some of the necessities such as a hair dryer and a coffee maker. It didn’t seem like the room was ready for our stay.

The welcome was kind. She was pleasant and informed us about breakfast and offered to help with anything. The room was clean and the price was great. We had to cancel one of our rooms as a party member was unable to join us at the last minute, unfortunately.

The breakfast at 7 was not helpful since we needed to be on the road by 6. We were hoping to be on the road JUST after our breakfast so we were unable to enjoy the breakfast.

Bedroom door had a hole on one side, carpeting and furniture upholstery is overdue for a thorough cleaning. Couch, armchair, curtains and carpet had old stains. Smelly remnant of a room that was previously a smoking room and is now sold as a non-smoking room, as the hotel is now entirely non-smoking.

Not enough employees one person had 3 tasks front desk breakfast service, and laundry. Very pleasant but hard to find people . Yes there was a note to dial 0 on the desk phone for help . Response time was good but to get an excellent rating people have to be around . I still like this place and will come back.

The room was done in beautiful gold colors, which was very pleasing to the eyes. The bed was very comfortable. Very pleased with my room.

I don't like the fact that if I booked with a card, I had to pay with a card. I tried to pay my room with cash and I was told that I was going to be charged 250 dollars, which was 3 times the rate that I got from booking.com. I was very displeased with that

I felt that the breakfast was sufficient to be able to take the edge off of being hungry after waking up

I believe I would have given this hotel a higher score, but at the time it was all under construction at the entry level so it was discouraging to find it all covered with plastic and tape

I like the layout of the rooms having a couch and sitting area was great and having a door to separate the bed room from the rest of space

Looks like they are doing some up dating the carpets are stained which make them look grubby the breakfast was moved to a smaller area temporarily that could have been better
