We really enjoyed the quick and friendly check in, cleanliness of the hotel and the location which was close to restaurants and the highway.

There was not much we did not like about the hotel. My only criticism would be the kitchen staff who was tending to breakfast that morning. There were many kids present and I heard the "f word" clearly from the kitchen once or twice. Breakfast was very good and when someone did come out of the kitchen they were extremely attentive to the area.

This hotel is so beautiful. Very clean, organized, well taken care of. I loved my experience here. The staff that I interacted with were so kind and very helpful/informative. Even the wonderful lady that was part of the cleaning crew was SO kind and down to earth. I really enjoyed this hotel. I stay many places and rarely do I find somewhere I'd go back to. However, I plan on visiting here again. This will be my new go-to hotel when I visit Pittsburgh.

It was very clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the pool was refreshing.

I know it sounds funny, but I wish there was vanilla yogurt along with the yogurt with fruit. That’s about all I can say that I didn’t like about the property.

Our room was quite far from the lobby where the breakfast served. We hadn't asked for any special accommodations so made no complaint. Next time we will know to speak up when booking. The breakfast was very good and consisted of good variety. Had no trouble eating it everyday during our 2 week stay. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate every request even adjusting a mobility aid for me and then checked with me several times to make sure it didn't need further adjusting.

Breakfast was just OK. Would love a little extra, when serving biscuits maybe have a gravy option instead of just jelly.

Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. Very clean, nicely decorated, welcoming. Pool looks nice. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Stayed in 2 queen suite, room had plenty of room and we didn't feel cramped at all.

Front desk was very welcoming and helpful as we were staying for close location to the Bella Sera for our son’s wedding. She was able to get us into our room early on Friday. We were able to relax before heading to the rehearsal dinner. Breakfast both mornings, Saturday and Sunday, were delicious and perfect for the start of our busy days.

I had some complications with my reservations, but the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and fixed everything for me. Staff was very friendly and gave us information on local restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was in a business park along with a few restuarants all within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. So many choices. The eggs, pancakes, sausage and potatoes were fresh and delicious. What was especially delicious were the hot cinnamon rolls. The room was clean. The carpet didn't feel nasty and the room did not have any odors at all. The refrigerator in the room kept the food cold. Even our yummy chocolates from the Sarris candy company. That is a must see as well in downtown Cannonsburg!

The channel changer did not work and we had to call the front desk to have someone help us. The air was difficult to adjust and seemed like it did not stay on for long. Although, the air did keep the room extra comfortable.
