The location was awesome, the fact that there was a pool that wasn’t freezing, and the cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient.

The pool was clean, but there were always lots of bugs, not certain if that is avoidable. Towels in pool area ran out quickly. One staff person was pretty unprofessional and abrasive. Not enough to ruin the stay.

We came up to visit Idlewild for my granddaughter's birthday. It was great for the location, my granddaughter came back to stay the 2nd night with us and loved it.

The AC lacked because it was in the setting room. But not in the bedroom. A fan was provided but not helpful. All places to eat closed by 9:30. The Bistro in Ramada was not opened. Breakfast was barely warm and crowded could have been on a bigger room.

Very pleasant atmosphere and check in was quick and staff very helpful.The rooms were very pretty and clean. We enjoyed the pool !! Good selection at breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again!! A+++ would recommend 👌

Didn't see anything that we didn't like . Had seen reviews that it smelled musty. Absolutely no bad odors. In fact it smelled very nice.

I liked the set up of the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised how clean the place was due to it being a little "out dated". Beds and pillows very comfortable.

The breakfast items were not replenished in a very timely fashion. One of the mornings, they shut down 15 minutes before they were supposed to.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The lady working the desk was great. She was very nice and very polite.

We arrived late at 11pm and Ligioner is pretty far from everything. I would have liked a bigger snack or food selection like a mini store.

The reason we were there was for my brothers funeral. It doesn't have an indoor pool and hot tub. That would really make a big improvement on the hotel.

Location was great; close to shops, worship, restaurants, farmer's market. Friendly and attentive staff

The room air conditioning unit was quite loud. Perhaps old? Faulty? Not sure; so I just left if off for the 2nd night. I didn't need to request any room change or assistance w/the matter.

It is evident that the staff are very proud of their city and the hotel. This is not a brand new recently renovated hotel, but it is evident how much care goes into the upkeep of this quaint little town and this hotel.

Location right in the heart of Ligonier Days! Festival all around us so was able to walk from hotel. Parking lots all o er the place starting at $10.

You could hear the people next to us up all night. The hotel was tired looking. Clean but paint peeling off in bathroom plus at the elevator. Breakfast not served for free due to the festival going on so we had to find a place. Otherwise it was $12 a person. Pricey and probably due to festival...$200 for the night
