The breakfast ladies outdid themselves. Breakfast was delicious..porridge, egg omelette and yummy crispy bacon. Thank you for giving us such a nice breakfast! The staff gave us the BEST tip about dinner… the Pine Grill with a 10% discount! Woohoo! Wonderful dinner! Thank you!

The outside parking lot was rough and pretty dirty with dirt in areas. I know you are trying with those darling benches and beautiful potted plants. But keep the outside garbage containers emptied and sweep the sidewalk. Clean the glass doors daily. You’ve got a good property. Just keep it up and make it shine like the top of the Chrysler building!!!

The location was great for what we were there for. We stayed there due to a wedding. We were close to everything we needed and were only 15 mins from the wedding venue. The room was very nice and the establishment met all of our needs.

There is really nothing I could say about this location that we didn't like. We enjoyed it for our time there. Every staff member was so very nice and very joyful to speak with. You don't find that in many places.

Clean, free breakfast, wonderful staff, check in was fast.

The free breakfast did not include bacon. There was sausage both days. When I booked the property I always read the reviews. A lot of people loved the bacon. It was more expensive to stay here but I was excited about the good breakfast. Needless to say, no bacon. For one of the more expensive places in the area, bacon should be on the buffet.

The rooms are always nice! Breakfast was good and fresh with eggs, waffles, potatos, and a proteinwith gluten free options. I always try to stay here while traveling. Free popcorn and cookies avalible in the lobby throughout the stay with welcoming staff ready to help when needed. Room layout nice for casual stays and easy and accessible to get around.

The card reader wasn't working when I arrived an it was complicated to pay.

This was one of the cleanest hotels that I’ve stayed in. All of the staff’s were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. One of them asked if I needed help with my luggage. All the women in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was traveling back home from having surgery at Cleveland Clinic and needed a nice, clean place to sleep before resuming my trip the following day. Hampton Inn was spotless, incredibly comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely.

There is nothing I can find to criticize about my stay at Hampton Inn Somerset.

Breakfast was good, not alot of fruit choices. Pretty good overall.

The two attendants were in the main room together. After getting my plate and headed over to the table, both the dark and regular coffees were empty, pretty minor, but I had to go into the other room and notify them. They quickly came and refilled.

Breakfast was GREAT! Very tasty. Lots to choose from. loved the little touches.... Andes candies and peppermints available on our way out. AND crayons and papers to color for kiddos!

Unfortunately one of the TV stations that was to have the Olympics Women's Gymnastics was not working. To be fixed by a technician the next day.

Staff friendliness Very clean and bed was comfortable

Noise level was awful. The truck stop next to the hotel was noisy all night as trucks came in and out, using back up beeping. My room was near the elevator and I heard the elevator and I e machine early in the morning. I had terrible sleep

The staff was Very pleasant and Very Welcoming. After I got to my room, I ran out of tissues. I messaged John and I had tissues in less than 10 minutes delivered to my door. The service was Exceptional and my room was Very clean. Immaculate!!!
