I pre-register online & still had to do it all over again at check in. The staff said that they still have to have guest check in with all info for their records because I went thru a 3rd party. Although I do understand 3rd party & hotel being 2 different establishments but was very frustrated with having to do twice. So no reason to pre-register it was a waste of time & ridiculous. Hotel was average no complaints. Heads up make sure everyone staying in your room has an ID it is required for anyone in your room not just the person it is registered to

Location is good, walking distance to shops and eateries also 2 car hire companies within 10 minute walk. This is our 3rd time staying, staff are super friendly, Dave the manager is great and runs a superb team who all go above and beyond to help your stay be as comfortable as possible

The view was great, nice comfy beds and helpful staff. You can see it's going through a regeneration so I'm looking forward to seeing it next time we stay. Savannah was great, sorted our 2nd room issue quickly and was extremely helpful. Fantastic location, close to several shops and 2 hire car companies within walking distance.

The room I booked wasn't available at check-in, another was given but at a higher rate, which I think if this happens, it should be kept at the rate of the original booking.

Everything thing was great.. They've decided to stop serving their breakfast. Was waffles cereal muffins yogurt milk orange juice etc.. Was an exceptional value. To a brown bag 1 muffin and orange juice.... Other than that property was great laundry room fitness room. Convient and nice location.

Good location, very clean and nice staff. Far enough away from the main road traffic that you didn't hear any traffic noise. My grade school English teacher would say this sentience are way too long. (they make you write 3)

I enjoy reg cup of coffee first they in the morning. They were out of reg coffee. (there was a coffee maker in the room but..) No dogs allowed but I did hear barking. Breakfast, if they had a toaster and bagels at breakfast, it would be prefect.

Breakfast choices were plentiful. The rooms were comfy. I appreciated that they allowed us to move from the second to the lower floor to assist with my bad knees.

Too many stairs. No elevator. This is fine if you don't have bad knees like I do.

The staff The staff could have been more knowledgeable And efficient They just continued The waffles for breakfast in the morning was very disappointing. I think they need to update their bathrooms

Great location and property is kept pretty decent. This was my second stay and I continue to recommend it.

Housekeeping needs to keep up with the dusting and moping. Be sure you check the temp in the mini fridge. I didn't know it, but mine was cranked to max and my drinks and snacks almost froze solid.

The room size was average, breakfast was good and standard hotel fair.

Rooms were outdated, not very clean. TV was broken and the volume leveling was all wonky. The maintenance guy switched out the TV, but the second one wasn't much better.

Very conveniently located at the side of the motorway, with lots of restaurants within 5 minutes distance . Provided breakfast muffins to go .
