The desk clerks were so friendly and accommodating! Great continental breakfast. Our room was very clean and the price was right. Everyone worked very hard to keep up with the demand on coffee and breakfast.

The noise from the room air conditioner was loud as was the traffic! The sink had an extremely slow drain. The remote on the TV probably needs new batteries. The doors and windows in the dining area were filthy!

Room was clean, TV worked fine. Staff very nice. It took hotel chains a while to catch up to HD. Now I wish they would update plugins or add strips to include phone and iPad USB ports. Breakfast area clean and good choice.

Just some little things. The shower head needs to be replaced. It is obviously plugged with mineral buildup. The shower curtain is not on a curved rod so shower a little cramped. There were tiny ants in the AC control pad, but nowhere else.

I did not like the parking situation for the guests. Very limited. Not allowed to park in the back because it was reserved for apartment residents. I got back late at night and could not find a place to park! 🙁 Also, I could not access the “free” WiFi. I would get a message that the connection was not secure. The staff I interacted with were not overly friendly and welcoming.

The location was good. We did not spend much time there. We came to Pierre for activities for our grandson and spent most of our time away from the hotel. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. The building was nice and quiet; no outside noise.

The stool in the bathroom was a miniature one (maybe for a camper?). It was very uncomfortable for an older person.

Good place for a 1 night sleepover. No shady people were hanging around. I read 1 previous comments about shady guys in the garage nearby, I haven’t noticed anything strange, just regulars custom mechanics doing their stuff. 2 mins walk from the hotel is nice park which I loved. FYI, Walmart is not close, around 10 mins drive

Parking is right next to the building. It’s near plenty of restaurants and gas stations. It’s a long walk to the state capitol. Staff was attentive.

More than one soap for the shower and the sink would’ve been nice. I might’ve had more complaints but for the price you can’t really complain.

Lobby was very clean and smelled great when I checked in. Our room was very clean and not fancy but nice as expected and quiet area. We will probably stay there again when we are in town.

Beds could be upgraded soon they were not the most comfortable.

someone opened the window in the room and closed the blinds. we didn't see it and the room heater kept running all night and the room was hot. we kept turning down the heater but it kept running. we didn't see the window opened until morning,

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Morning room service was polite and accommodating.

Hot breakfast food was cold, tasteless and not enough food available after 8 AM.

Very convenient to main thoroughfare . Plenty of parking . The rooms have been consistently fresh , clean with VERY comfy beds. Always a good experience here.

No complaints.
