Great value for the money, the beach is 2 min away from the property and the owners were very friendly. Breakfast has salty and sweet food the Italian style, coffee and juice/water included. There is a great terrace in front were you can relax and enjoy your staying.

There are only 10 parking spots on the property (8 euro per day) and no reservation is possible. However we were lucky and we did find a parking spot on our arrival date.

Great location in Cervia for Ironman race. Very clean rooms and daily room service. Breakfast can be served in room. Parking can be reserved at the time you come and is in front of the hotel. Great staff. Would recommend and come back.

Great location, wonderful staff, tasty breakfast, nice room with good soundproofing. My single room on the 2nd floor was small but comfortable. There was no separate shower cabin in bathroom (it was OK for me), besides I enjoyed having really hot water! Look at via Piacenza was another one benefit. Even on a hot sunny day you can spend your time on the balcony and not turn into fried chicken. Oh yes, you could also see the sea from the balcony.

It would be nice to add a table to the balcony.

Great location and nice stay with everything we needed. Staff was very kind and helpful, we felt very welcomed. Also the wifi worked perfect all the time in whole hotel including the room :)

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and nice and had most everything you might need.

None of the rooms that we booked had a fridge, which is something you really need in the summer Italy heat, so you couldn't really buy anything like a yoghurt to snack in or anything that needed a fridge. This problem was somewhat heightened by the fact that our breakfast was sadly cancelled. But we were refunded for it.

Wi-Fi worked in lobby but not in room. Bed mattresses were not so comfortable.

The breakfast was OK. Having options for gluten free products.

Maybe to add some vegetables at the breakfast.
