The best thing about the apartment was proximity to the beach and the sea view, listening to the waves and looking at wonderful sunsets. These are really things that made my vaccacion great. Property is at the good location, and it offers parking space which are big thumbs up. The apartment is very good organised, kitchen has all necessery equipment, beds are comfortable. The terrace is my favourite, spacious, with good awning and a mosquito net. Two airconditioners in the room are positioned perfectly. Internet connection works well. As for the beach, it is not the nicest beach in the area, but it was very practical for family with small children like ours. Sunbeds are taken from the property, but they don't offer parasols. The water in that part of the sea is clean, but usually with waves in the afternoon. We used that beach occasionally, because Sithonia has plenty of other beautiful beaches to enjoy.

Things I didn't like... First, housekeeping is poor for the price you pay. They wipe the floor and take out garbage daily, but changing towels and bedding every 4-5 days, so have that in mind if you travel with kids. They also don't regularly replenish your toiletries (including toilet paper), so have your own in back up. The reception is closed most of the time, when you need something you have to call them first. As for the "breakfast", one can not call it that. Those are prepacked boxes with crackers, 2 rice cakes, 2 packs of chocolate milks or 2 packs of juice, very small pack of cereals and jam. You can use all that for snacking during the day at the beach, but it really isn't a meal.

Great location, in front of the beach and 10 min walk from the town center. Free seabeds offered by hotel. Private parking. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Just some small recommendations to improve or comment: - cleaning during the stay can be better or at least some self-service tools to be offered. - it is necessary to add more cups, bowl etc. - breakfast is mostly a snack, so not to take into account as base morning food. But all of these are less important than all the advantages this property has.

The room and its amenities were very good, very convenient and nice and clean.

There was a big Romanian group, several rooms together, and they were loud till 1 am at night, which for a place for family vacation was not convenient for us. One of the nights I had to go and ask them after 12 am to be quieter, which they did. Still this is due to the guests, but also no one from the property told them to respect the night hours. Also one morning a room above us was being cleaned very loudly at 8am which woke us up.

The beach is right in front of the apartments. The hotel provides sunbeds so you can grab one or ask the staff to help you, walk 3 meters and enjoy the quiet sunny beach. The rooms on the second floor are big and gives you a lot of space. They are equipped with everything you need. The balcony of our room was with sea view and was perfect for late night relaxation. The location is not far from the restaurants and the center but it’s far enough to be away from the crowds.

Small beach on site, especially nice for evening hours, with free sunbeds from the host. Nicely equipped room and kitchen. Quiet place with a green backyard and nice hosts. Free parking on property, only 500m walk to center.

Mobile (cellular) reception was low or overloaded sometimes, and the wi-fi also was a bit clumsy, but that's more like general problem in most villages in Greece, especially during the season.

We had a room which opens to garden and we have a place to sit there. The room has a kitchen with most of the things you might need during your stay. There is also a coffee machine with capsule. The staff were so helpful for our questions and also providing some useful tips. The beach is 1min away; you can also get sunbed and umbrella from the facility and use it on the beach.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, a very calm neighborhood and right in front of the Beach. There are many cafes, in walking distance there are grocery shops (Lidl and local supermarket chains) The hotel itself is very good, the rooms are clean and modern, there is everything that you need for vacation (coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchen accessories) Rooms service is available everyday. Host and staff are very attentive and helpful. I would really miss drinking coffee at the patio.

The location benefits from a special location, being right on the seashore. The room is spacious and clean, benefiting from absolutely everything necessary for a successful stay. The reception staff was very smiling and eager to help. In front of the room we had a spacious and green terrace that made the evenings spent outside even more pleasant.

Although the location does not offer a restaurant, breakfast was served in breakfest boxes that contained almost everything needed for a minimum breakfast. I think this area could be developed.

Extremely close to the (safe) beach - 30 seconds - across the road! Safe parking close to apartment. Very quiet area. Prompt response to request for extra blanket. Decor very nice. Good shower. Nice walks along sea front in both directions. Attractive port area. Old Nikiti town on the hill is very nice. 3 good supermarkets in Nikiti town.

No plug in kitchen sink. We bought one from the building supply store that is about a km past the Lidl store. Not many kitchen utensils. Ceramic hob took a while to get used to.
