The staff were very concerned about guest comfort.

More electrical outlets or phone charging ports.

Location for my need

Staff was helpful. Did ring up the wrong reservation but quick were able to correct.

When I entered the room and walked toward the bathroom I smelled a strong urine smell. We turned the A/C off when we left for the day. When we returned in the evening we had to turn down to 65 degrees to get it to cool the room at all. They had replenished our towels but the towels had black stains on them. The parking lot need some attention. They need to remove the broken ice cream truck. Remove the folding chairs and put some outdoor furniture outside/live plants and make it look alittle classier. The motel was in the same town of my 55 class reunion. The woman who waited on me was pleasant and helpful. .

There was no dead bolt on the door. The urine smell and the stained/dirty towels

It was quite and clean.

Manager was very rude and went into our room everyday for four days everytime we left, and provided no cleaning or towels. Her reason being was to make sure no one smokes cigarettes in the room. It's definitely an invasion of privacy. Also when checking in (payed for four days in advance) she told us we couldn't stay there because the computer was down. In the end she let us stay but she was rude all four days.

There was a bed and AC

There were stains on the pillows and 2 hairs. Also, was told not to touch the other bed in the room or would be charged extra. Was told that I could not get a wake up call.

Old, run down, not sure if the sheets were even changed. Nothing for breakfast, only ice machine was the refrigerator in the office. Only good thing was it was quiet.

Easy to find.

Lots of trash cans and cigarette butt pails by each door. Two ice cream trucks ( not in use) parked. The a/c wouldn’t get below 77 degrees. I think we were the only ones there.
