Absolutely stunning property, I was blown away! The restaurant area felt like a Beatrix potter garden, and as you walk over to the villas and the stream turns into the most lish fairy Forrest. The bed felt like a cloud, and staff were incredibly helpful, and arranged a driver to take us to some spots in the area, a particular favourite was the Erotic Garden near by. Aswell as an in room masseuse. Breakfast was deliciou. You must try their homemade jams! It all felt very romantic, and I could see it would be great for families with young children as the play space and bunnies they have on site are adorable.

Not so much a dislike but just a note for travellers. The mountains are quite cold compared to the city (we went in January), and the rooms do not have heating. We did have an AC, although it was not strong enough for the size of the room, so it did not feel effective. If you get cold, make sure to bring lots of warm clothes or a hot water bottle to fill with your kettle. Staff are incredibly helpful, although it did not feel like a very international focused hotel so English was limited amongst the staff, so bare that in mind and google translate may be a good helper to you on your trip.

The resort is very quiet and in a stunning location surrounded by nature. We had dinner there and the food was incredible! Our little garden villa was extremely comfortable and beautiful. Every detail is thought of - from the beautiful patio overlooking trees, to the semi-outdoor shower, the plants, the provision of slippers etc. Pool was for once refreshing (in many other places in Thailand, due to the heat the water of pools can be very warm). Definitely a nice getaway from the business of Chiang Mai!

The only thing I'd say is that the breakfast didn't live up to the expectations (especially after the incredible dinner!)

I have had such an amazing time at this beautiful resort. Exactly what I needed as a solo traveller with full privacy in nature. The villa has an amazing view of the tropical forest, and there was a spectacular garden around. The room was spacious with all the comforts and very clean. I loved the separate toilet and the style. Great quality matress with a spectacular view of the green outside. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also amazing, with a-la-chef menu and great choices from local to international. Whatever I ate was super delicious, exceptional quality too. I highly recommend this resort for a wonderful life experience! I will definitely visit this place again.

Beautiful design of buildings and room with lots of nice details like a few leaf imprints in the floors, nicely-shaped water bottles etc. A wonderful bathroom with one whole front of folding doors that allow you to stand right in the forest while taking your shower. Pretty planters and quirky pottery items, and even a tree house. Beautiful gardens with a stream, massive trees and flowers everywhere which must be an arduous task to keep at all times. Lovely swimming pool. Very clean throughout, friendly staff and tasty, generous breakfast.

One minor point was that our glass-fronted villa and terrace, which felt completely private on first glance, was close enough to the main road to hear cars and could actually be overlooked if someone were to stand at the roadside and peek in through the trees.

A peaceful getaway resort that takes one hour by bike from Nimmanhaemin. I found this paradise a few weeks ago when I was looking for a tranquill retreat surrounded by nature. I loved it so much that I brought friends this time to enjoy the weekend. The staff are polite and attentive, and the garden and the swimming pool are beautiful, with so much greenery everywhere. Also, if you have a bike, I strongly recommend you bring your bike as driving around Mae Rim was the best riding experience.

I am very meticulous person and find cons every time everywhere. But this hotel was just perfect. We had an idea to stay somewhere with a feeling of a wildness. And this hotel gave us just that. Amazing green, feels like you have your own piece of the forest. The staff was very nice and helpful as well as had good english. They made my shoes dry after I got under the heavy rain without even charging for this. This place earns my 10/10 review

One of the best thing about this resort is the breakfast. There is a good variety of continental and Thai breakfast at a very good standard and you can ask for more if you like. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The TV is very old and the signal is not good enough to watch anything! A smart TV that connects to the internet would be much better for guests.

Been there with my wife and absolutely loved it! The staff is very friendly and helpful, yummy restaurant, neat garden everywhere. Calm thai music starts playing when you stick your keys in to get electricity, wow. I've never seen this in any hotels i've stayed in. They also have terraces with magnificent jungle view. I'm proud of Proud Phu Fah!

Pros - clean room, great view, amazing staff, beautiful grounds, great breakfast, comfortable bed

Cons - the shower water pressure was very low, showering was a slow and annoying - the room lock is kinda fidgety and uses a padlock and key, would love an easier, updfated and more secure room access method.
