The staff and the manager were very friendly. The idea of the hotel is original even if I don’t think that staying in prisons is good… The food was tasty. Lamb meat and the fish were unreal

It’s very dark when I try to get to my room which could be risky sometimes… The menu at the restaurant is limited (only few options are available) Restaurant not working monday so I had to use my car and go somewhere else to get dinner after an 8 hours flight wasn’t ideal.

Fantastic location, so much better and more interesting than a typical hotel

Breakfast is overpriced at 12 euro for breads and coffee. No fruit, yogurt, eggs, cheese or meats. Good quality but very basic.

Very quirky property with great atmosphere and exceptional staff. Our group of 6 was well looked after and staff organised us bowls for our friend’s birthday surprise. Highly recommend

The room was fascinating. Beautiful marble bath Lovely & dark & quiet at night. Nice village, including a great cheese shop where you can sample the local beer alfresco

Breakfast most basic we've had on our trip, even compared to budget hotels. Restaurant food a little disappointing.

Breakfast simple but fine.

Food in the restaurant was expensive. Good fresh produce but main courses seemingly kept on the pass too long so had dried out....staff were struggling with the number of guests....better last time we stayed there which is why we returned!
