The reception staff, consisting of a morning and an afternoon attendant, provided exceptional customer service. Their assistance was outstanding, consistently going above and beyond to meet our needs.

While the property was new and clean, there was one issue that I did not like. Our room was supposed to receive daily cleaning service, including washing dishes and changing sheets and towels. However, the cleaning only occurred if we left the room before 8 a.m.; otherwise, it was not completed. Additionally, although each room or suite has dishwashing detergent, it was never used. The cleaning staff would rinse dishes with water, leaving them looking clean but not thoroughly sanitized. I generously tipped the cleaning staff daily, hoping for improved service, but unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, partly due to a communication barrier as they did not speak English. I did not raise this concern with reception, but I am confident that they would have addressed it had I done so.

Very clean and comfortable appartment with nice terrace, hosted by most friendly and helpful staff, and located somewhat out of the crowded center. The swimming pool is ideal for cooling and relaxing, and there's places to rest, drink, and eat next to it. The beach is only a few minutes walk.

Nothing about the hotel, actually, but for exploring the environment you need a rental car or local taxt.

Facility is a new, nice architecture, well decorated. Modern design with attention to details. Rooms were clean, well equipped with nice terrace. Outdoor pool for relax if you prefer to stay in hotel. Kudos to girls from front desk, they did everything to make us feel welcome. Also, they did their best to find an option with the room that fits our request. At the end we got a small present for the stay, what a gesture :-) Would recommend it 100%!

Very clean, rooms are cleaned daily; room facilities and bathroom look brand new, nice outdoor area with a pool, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, big free parking on the lot.

You can hear all from neighbour rooms, the walls seems thin, the doors are hard to close, so a lot of slamming doors you hear in the morning (we woke up from the noise), there is no coffee machine in the room, need to walk to the closest coffee shop in the morning, the size of rooms and balcony is scarce

All aspects of the room were excellent. Shower was phenomenal, If you like a strong shower! The location for me was excellent. Just on the edge of town so away from the noise and crowds of the centre but still close to the beach. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.

Nothing really. We needed to check out a 8am but reception was locked so left the key cards in the room.

We stayed in Funtuki Seaside Apartments with my boyfriend and it was an amazing experience. Staff was super friendly, we arrived 2hrs before official check in time and they were able to provide us our room earlier. Location is also amazing, everything is very near by, 100% will recommend this place for staying.

Everything is new, the building, the furniture, the towels. An extremely elegant building, very modern design. The apartment was very big and cosy, a well equipped bathroom with hair dryer. The kitchen was fully equipped, all the dishes were new. The cleaning was excellent. The towels were changed on a daily basis, the bed covers - every two days. The staff - very politely and helpful. All over, everything was new and modern,very quiet location, 5 minutes walk from the beach. I strongly recommend it for a very relaxing holiday.

The building is new and modern, has an elevator and parking spaces are available on premises. The room was clean, with nice furniture, large modern bathroom. It also has a kitchenette with everything you need. The air conditioning was included in the price rate. My room had a very spacious terrace (bigger than the room) where I could enjoy the mornings and afternoons. The place is a 2 minute-walk from beach (the beach is not great - pebbles instead of sand, also in the water) and very close to shops and restaurants.

I can not find a thing to mention.

Property is at the top level. The room is extremely clean and has a modern design. Comfort is present both in the room and on the terrace with a view of Mount Olympus.

I liked everything.

I liked the fact that the personnel cleaned the room daily and change the towels and bedsheets.Nice pool and clean...wonderfull terrace at the pool.

Would have been nice to have at least breakfast included.
