We thoroughly enjoyed the history and beauty of your 5th generation family place and the views over Lake Llanquihue from our terrace while enjoying your gorgeous roses beaming in the sunlight. If a person wants to step back in time this is your place. We highly recommend this place to a person wanting tranquility and beauty while having to drive just a few minutes to get into the lovely town of Frutillar. Beautiful restored casona with a warm welcome from the owner. My room was bright and spacious. Comfortable bed with the best pillows! Tranquil spot with gardens not far from the center.

Be aware, the shower might be awkward if you are tall or large. It is an older home, so sounds from the hallway carry.

Old building with a lot of character. Stayed in a two-bedroom suit. Lots of space. Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast.

Avoid rainy days because it gets seriously noisy when raindrops hit the roof. There is almost no insulation in the walls, so you also get to enjoy a night of orchestral snoring from adjacent rooms. Shower may not be easy to get in/out for some.

Everything was great . Room with view small view to lake, lovely rooms, nice shower, relaxing lobby with soft music, abundant breakfast with fresh fruits and preserves.

Beautiful old house with five generations of history alive within. The renovations have been done with a lot of care and represent the original design and character of the house. Our room was spacious and comfortable and our overall stay very relaxing.

There was an open- plan reception/breakfast room./ kitchen, where one could sit at any time and make your own coffee and tea and help yourself to fresh fruit. This was very relaxing.

The main building is beautiful, breakfast very complete and delicious

The way we were greeted was not very inviting and not up to the quality of the hotel.

It is in a lovely house, traditional and homely. Easy place to stop at on our trip around Los Lagos which is a beautiful area.

Very friendly staff, who went out of their way to be helpful.

The building creaked a lot at night, but that's part of its charm

The rooms and the hotel as a whole are beautiful. Very comfortable bed and the setting as a whole is wonderful. The bathroom is large, and very comfortable. The contents of the breakfast are wonderful.

Breakfast, there was a delay in getting it delivered to our room. We were on a tight schedule, so that was an issue for us.
