Stunning view, delicious food (huge choice for breakfast), gorgeous hotel to hang out in, fire was lit on gloomy days, perfect location (near centre ie walking distance in 5 minutes, but not right in it, so quieter). Staff from top management right through to room service are extremely kind and some speak several languages. This is a great place to stay. Don’t hesitate.

The Chilean system restricts how many Sundays staff can be expected to work, so staffing the restaurant and bar on a Sunday is a challenge to manage. Service was consequently slow. For us it wasn’t a problem; however, if you are a family with tired, hungry children: not great.

Location: walking distance to town centre and stunning view of lake and volcano. Delicious breakfast, good selection. Large comfortable room. Extremely friendly staff. Good new bikes for use at no charge. Complementary sparkling wine bottle in our room upon arrival.

Balconies are too small and narrow, not inviting. Balcony door does not function well. Shower very impractical because the water always sprays onto the bathroom floor. Noisy air conditioning.

Very nice large room with great view of the lake. Very good breakfast buffet with wide assortment and extended hours. Comfortable lounge area. Very helpful front desk staff. Sustainability features including in room water purifier. Some good English language TV channels.

No one could speak any English in the spa which prevented scheduling services, which you need to do for even the swimming pool. No hot water one morning - hotel wide

The staff were consistently professional and friendly. The hotel was beautiful architecturally. Our bed was amazingly comfortable as were the pillows. Our room (704) had a balcony and was bright with large wi diws and very pretty views. We loved the location, a little away from the crowds and noise but still an east walk to the shops and restaurants.

The couches and seats in our room and the lobby were beautiful but quite dated. The cushions of the couches and arm chairs in the lobby were quite uncomfortable. It was such a beautiful area, we wish they were comfortable so we could relax in the lobby, but after ten mins we left as a result. I suggest that the hotel invest in new couches and seats so that the hotel will deserve a 10!

The breakfast was stellar and the waitstaff made everything run smoothly. Lots of guests to get through the breakfast and they did an outstanding job. Also, our rental car lost power when we accidentally left the lights on. The hotel staff helped us jump start the car…even to the point of bringing a staff member out there (who was parked next to our car) so we could jump our car from his. Outstanding help…above and beyond.

Wow, what a nice hotel. Stayed in room 409 with a balcony + lake view of Volcano Osorno. Super quiet, comfortable and fabulous. Bottles of water, wine and chocolates in room for check-in. Hotel is lovely and came with a fine breakfast. The front desk agent (Jorge) was outstanding and was really helpful. He quickly arranged for us a day trip tour of the waterfall + volcano Osorno and it was amazing. The location of this hotel is great. There is a nice walking/jogging path that takes you along the lake - 2 blocks into town. Very convenient. And for such a super hotel, the price was reasonable.

Not much here to NOT LIKE. Fabulous.

The view from the bedrooms was fantastic (when the sun came out!!) as you are directly overlooking the lake and osorno volcano. We thought the breakfast offering was the best of our trip through Chile and Argentina. It was nice to have the sauna facilities after a day out.

The swimming pool area is very small, it looked like it maybe had massage jets at some point so these have now been removed.

Like so many other reviews this place was amazing. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Large spacious room with a nice view. Would definitely stay here again. Beyond excellent was the staff. I want to give a special shout out to Fabian at the front desk. He and his coworkers spent a long time helping us sort out some travel logistics and problems with our rental car and cell phones. Way beyond what can be expected. Thanks guys you made our trip so much better. The rest of the staff from the restaurant/bar to housekeeping were also excellent. Clearly a well managed hotel. Lastly the lobby was spacious and offered amazing views.

The view from the balcony/window was worth the price of the trip. Seeing both volcanoes, simultaneously, along with the lake and the city, was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel staff was super responsive and completely professional. The breakfast buffet? Unbeatable!

Everything except checkout was exceptional

Checkout was aweful. First we were told it was all completed but the wrong room was confirmed. Then we had two additional items on our bill that needed removing: a laundry item and tips. We had already paid all tips and nothing was cleaned. This took 30 minutes.
