A business class hotel a bit "off" in Puerto Montt. Well-equipped, fairly modern and very clean rooms. Fitness room and in-door swimming pool in the building. A nice bar and good restaurant on the entrance level. That was good because there is absolutely nothing in terms of bars, restaurants and cafes close to the hotel.

The fitness room is only open from 7 am, not good if you want to train before an early morning meeting or departure. One of two elevators broken during the whole time of our 4 night-stay. As said above, there is nothing for the tourist visitor close to the hotel. Not that there is much in the rest of Puerto Montt either, for tourism it is better to go to Puerto Varas some 15 minutes/km north.

The hotel has a good parking and is relatively well located in Puerto Montt. The employees are very friendly. We got a welcome drink and dinner was included, the breakfast is very good. The rooms are huge and they have quite a nice view. We complained about the safe and in our second stay we got the same room by coincidence and it was repaired, which show they operate with great quality systems.

The hotel is not so near from the center.

The location was very good, and the breakfast, as well as the staff for breakfast, too. It was a very comfortable room.

The room fixing every morning was not very good. The service did not change the towels, when we left them in the floor. Also, they could make available a coffee capsule for each one in the room, everyday, not only in the first day.

The breakfast was really good. I did ask in advance if they had gluten free options, but when I arrived they actually only had 1 gluten free option and no bread.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurante and their knowledge about gluten free food was not good (they offered me vegetarian menu). That said, after asking many questions they were able to prepare something same for me.

The hotel is well located in the heart of the city and the dinner at the restaurant was surprisingly excellent.

This is an older hotel that was purchased by another brand and remodeled, but the rooms still feel a bit musty in places. Apparently, they are still remodeling as I could hear the construction going on above me on a different floor. Since I had to leave very early in the morning to make the bimodal ferry, they offered me a breakfast "to go" which was nice, but, unfortunately, it wasn't much. But, since the restaurant is quite good, I am sure that if had I had time to have breakfast at the hotel, it would have been excellent.

This hotel is a shining example of well-trained, highly motivated staff. Without exception, from senior team members to those who clean the floor in public areas, evry body smiles and returns a briefing and provides rapid, professional service. Well done!!!!

Modern hotel with great facilities, we only had a one night stay so didn't get to utilise much other than the room and restaurant for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant had a good menu and was exactly what we were after.

Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't as clean as expected. The sink had toothpaste stains all over the counter, which I had to clean up myself.

This a nice hotel, not far from the malls (if an uphill walk). The breakfast is very good but I value how quiet rooms are (compared to other similar priced hotels in Puerto Montt). The restaurant is also good and fairly priced.

Been heer twice the summer and on both occasions the water go the (mini) swimming pool is cold!

I love the Hotel, especially the underground parking, is safe. I would suggest placing a sneeze guard over the breakfast setup, people gathering around getting breakfast talking and spitting over the food. Also, make sure the food is hot. Good variety though. The staff is very nice. Raul (facilities) was very nice and attentive. I stay twice at the hotel the second time we were given rooms on the upper floor and none of these rooms had a lock on the doors which was worrisome and unsafe, so we requested to switch. It's a beautiful hotel, but it seems that they need more staff. I would recommend it.

Nice hotel, located in a safe part of the city but within a walking distance form the city centre and shopping center. it has a good gym and a indoor pool. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, both with many options of local food and drinks. Good quality of beds and pillows. Modern and clean bathroom.
