The hotel is very well located, near the coast and the center. It has a parking. The rooms are huge, bed is good. The breakfast is nice. The view from the restaurant on the top is amazing. The value for money is outstanding. The employees are friendly.

The design is a bit strange and you have to walk via the parking to get to the lift and the rooms, this means reception is isolated from the rooms. We had to wait quite a long time at dinner, the food was good, but there was only one waiter and he was clearly overloaded

The staff were friendly and the lobby is cool with ship features inside. The staff arranged hotel to airport transport for us! The rooms were big and decent sized overlooking the water. We stopped here overnight for onward travel to puerto natales and it was fine for one night.

The location is okay but the area is not great- no fault of the hotel. The rooms are a little outdated and could do with modernising and refurbishment

The location was excellent, our room overlooking the water. From the exterior the hotel doesn’t give anything away but as soon as we pulled into the car park we were greeted by the friendly and informative staff. The decor was warm, inviting and has a tasteful maritime theme in keeping with the bay. The room was extremely spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, a good hot shower and a large comfortable bed. Despite being on the road, the sound of the traffic wasn’t noticeable. We appreciated the option for room service after a long day travelling and the delicious breakfast with a view.

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was complete. Lots of delicious things, homemade cakes, a great variety of fruit and a beautiful view of the city. Our room was great, bigger than what we expected. We would definitely go back and stay there again.

The entrance to the parking area is too narrow and we scratched our truck. If the made it 30 centimeters wider it would make a big difference.

Location, size of the room, view, cleanliness, staff, restaurant. Pay extra for the larger room it's double the size!

comfy (but slightly outdated) hotel in the hart of Puerto Montt with excellent panoramic views from restaurant. we paid extra for the breakfast and that was fulfilling. free underground parking!

check in was sort of lengthy (or that was us just too tired after arriving late in the night).

Right on the beach of the lake. Great base location to visit several national parks on the south. Parking was on site and convenient. A very nice park and walk on the river front.

Large room overlooking the seafront. Separate kitchen. Clean. Quite. On site restaurant reasonably priced with nice staff. Interesting nautical themed lamps and wall art!

Decor in the room is dated but clean.

Front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

5th floor president suite bathroom tub had decaying green plant substance come out while bathing. There was a pungent rotting smell. We were moved to 6th floor president suite and issue was gone. Front desk personnel acknowledged and addressed issue. But not happy how management handled it.
