We couldn’t eat at the hotel’s restaurant even though it was open for another three hours. Neither the restaurant staff nor the hotel staff could give us an explanation. Fortunately, the hotel is very close to the city center, where there were plenty of open restaurants to choose from.

Location is great, the place is very new and comfortable. Absolutely great dinner experience on site - tasty food, creative drinks (incl non-alco) and great service. Rooms are cozy, but small. Good level of digitalization. Breakfast is gourmet level - but challenging experience.. The main struggle - with EUR200+ price tag for a basic room this is far too pricey for a simple city accommodation. Plus, lack of experience servicing guests when demand is high.

Hotel was totally booked, and guests were left to find out how to navigate that. We couldn't park on site and had to take the P10 parking nearby (easy, not expensive either) - yet knowing that the hotel is fully booked that weekend, why don't you brief the guests about all the parking options..? Saves time and nerves. The breakfast was a challenge - great food, but incredibly crowded, with the whole population trying to squeeze in and grab some food. Luckily it was sunny day, and we could grab some table outdoors - yet we had fully serve ourselves there, incl finding cutlery etc. Again, you know you are fully booked and how many guests are with breakfast - why don't you manage in shifts proactively..?

Location and overall quality of the place. Modern, sleek and clean. Great onsite restaurant with exceptional dinner experience and service. Tasty food on breakfast, albeit with some challenges.. Probably best at non-peak times.

VERY small rooms for the price (we paid Eur200+ per night). The place was totally overbooked, and the team was hardly managing this - especially at the breakfast time. The staff-to-guest ratio and small rooms doesn't justify the price, in my view.

We love the place. The people make you feel welcome & check in / check out is so smooth!! It cannot be located more conveniently basically attached to the center of the town

It has become too popular 😉 and therefore the breakfast area has become too busy. Only the experienced stuff like Rita and Tania can really cope with the amount of people enjoying the great breakfast!

Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Very convenient closed parking.

Missing a fridge inside the room, we had to store a medicine that needed to stay in a cold environment but the staff helped with that.

See-through curtain between shower room and bedroom so either reveal all or turn the light off! Having been told there was parking, we had to park across the road in a public car park but it was only 20 m away. Restaurant was closed.

Modern, clean, very comfortable, would definitely recommend. Staff friendly and accommodating. Easy parking for €8, choice of local restaurants to choose from, enjoyed our stay.
