i like the location and the staffs were very polite and friendly. breakfast was also good. room and toilet is very clean. very quite and calm place with nice view of hills from the balcony.Buffet dinner was also good.

wifi is not so good, most of the time went off. big tv in the living room did not work properly and so was the fridge, not cooling at all.

Quiet room. Good breakfast. Nice pool area.

Very crowded breakfast area. Tables very close to each other. No shower curtain or door on shower, so water went all over the vanity & bathroom floor. It was best to have a shower with water just coming out very slowly , so it didn't go everywhere. It was disappointing not to be able to have a normal shower, especially when you are paying 245 euro per night.

The staff is friendly and very nice, the breakfast is superb, all my requests were fullfilled. I asked for a kettle, It was given it, I asked for a better room view, It was given. The hotel is very friendly to clients, the staff always friendly and smiling and helpful. The saunas are clean and pleasant, the swimming pools are super clean. There is Ayurveda, and massages, and a Finnish sauna, and steam bath, and free tea and a quiet cavern for relaxation. And we will certainly come a third time!! 👏😄🥰👍

Excellent breakfast and dinner menu. Staff helped to accomodate our requests, which was good wifi and bathroom with bathtub.

The temperature of the pools were for my taste a bit cold, esepcially for the salt-water pool. The jacuzzi wasnt functioning.

Internet is almost not working in the 3rd floor room where we stayed. Not sure if everwhere is like this. But still wasn’t such a big problem since we wanted to take rest from everything :)

Everything was perfect from the check in till the chekout except one point, see below. Despite the corona restriction we have enjoyed our stay and used the wellness facilities.

The restaurant has forgot my order. It was just a plate of ham and cheese to the wine. Well we have finished the wine before.
