Have stayed here several times. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. It’s an ideal place for a stopover when travellling.

I requested a ground floor room when booking but was given a first floor room. The hotel was full when we arrived and there were no ground floor rooms available to move us to. The hotel has been refurbished this year and as part of this the parent company has decided to remove the kettle and tea/coffee making facilities from the rooms. The restaurant doesn’t open on weekend evenings and after travelling over 400 miles we were looking forward to a cup of tea so this was a big disappointment. Luckily, the Intermarché down the road was still open and we were able to buy a kettle.

nice staff, well located to visit relatives in Villennes

a little complex and long ( painful?...) just to extend the stay from one night booked by "booking.com" with a second night booked in direct ; same for my sister who booked in direct and had to substitute a nigh cancelled by a night in advance!...

room was nice. it looks new. same for the bed, they look new. they were comfortable.

no mini fridge? it was very hot, so would have been nice to have a mini fridge for cold drinks.

Very easy to get to and leave to go to the ferry at Caen. Very reasonable in price and very comfortable bed, great shower, towels, facilities in the room. Great staff and good beer! Breakfast was fab!

We liked everything!

The rooms were like you would get in a Pontins holiday complex; separate blocks of rooms ground and 1st floor. The room was spacious and very well equipped. Nice bath and shower. Nice tv. Had a kettle. Supermarket across the motorway bridge was only 4 minutes away by bicycle. I obtained my evening meal there plus milk and some French cidre. Comfortable bed. Quiet location.

I was very annoyed as when I cycled back from the supermarket at 8.30pm the gate to the hotel complex had shut and I could not get back in!!!! I was about to climb over the gate to get in and alert the receptionist when a fellow resident arriving by car opened it . I discovered that my room card had a 4 digit code which opens the gate. The card just said "parking code" whereas should have said "gate code". This spoilt my stay there. the hotel need to get this wording changed!!! The problem was compounded as the receptionist did not speak English and me not good at French. Apart from this hic-cup the hotel is very good and it would not put me off staying there again.

Beautiful garden outside, peaceful and calm. Also the quickest check-in I have ever had!

I found some insects in the room, but probably because the room is on the entrance floor.

The breakfast was superb, the place was very calm, the territory around the hotel is maintained very carefully.

The AC was not operating in the room

Comfortable beds and nicely equipped room. Cheap price when comparing it to other hotels. The hotel has a private and secure parking. Not far from Paris +/- 30km

Due to the fact that the main alley is located near your window, you hear bypassers quiet clearly (walking, talking,...). This can be annoying during the night as new customers arrive during the whole evening/night.

Rooms were of a good standard and comfortable, nice location.

Rooms could have been a little cleaner, kept me for 15 minutes at reception on depature as was told I had not paid for one of the rooms I booked when clearly I had, they had automatically been paid for on my credit card and my online banking showed this on my phone, they eventually accepted this.

Breakfast was outstanding
