It is an outstanding hotel in a marvellous place with services and facilities well above average. Modern rooms with all the comfort needed and a stunning view over the see and a the beautiful small city (definitively choose a sea-view room), perfectly clean, brekfast with all the choices possible, closed parking with covered places, helpful and kind staff. Walking distance to all the best (rocky) beaches and the sulfuric pool of the Terme. Special mention for the restaurant, one of the best kitchens in all South-Salento on the rooftop, with beatiful sunset views.

We had a truly relaxing stay in Santa Cesarea Terme. The hotel was very clean, peaceful, and well-located — just a short walk from the sea. The staff were kind and welcoming, always ready to help. Our room had a lovely view and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommended for a quiet getaway by the sea!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was simply perfect! The view from the window was breathtaking, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. The rooms were cleaned every day🙂

Lovely hotel with beautiful sea views from the bar and terrace. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast and food in the hotel was wonderful. A big call out to the staff, and in particular to Alfonso, who were most friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to stay that is convenient to get to many of the sites on this beautiful stretch of coastline.

We had no complaints whatsoever. We will stay in the Est hotel without hesitation the next time we are back in this part of Puglia.

Comfortable bed and tasteful modern decor. Fabulous view and lovely roof terrace. Undercover car park.

Breakfast was not done well. No muesli or granola only packet cereal. Only 2 kinds of fruit chopped up. Scrambled eggs were cold. A bottle of water or a fridge in room would have been welcome.

It's a bit awkward that you cannot drink the tap water, which is uncommon in Italy. Also I cannot recommend the restaurant for dinner. It's overpriced and the waiter was not very friendly and helpful in choosing the menu.

Lo=cation of the hotel is great...beautifull seaviews. Breakfast was nice and there were various dishes. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were also very good. Staff is extremely helpfull and friendly.

One thing I was not really happy with was the fact that the restaurant is the same location of the breakfast room, and was not very cosy for a romantic dinner.

The immediate view from our window/patio wasn't the best (empty, overgrown lot) but if you look past that to the sea it was wonderful.

Jacuzzi was closed for cleaning shame it was such a lovely setting with wonderful food amazing staff
