Beautiful room, comfortable bed, clean modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, welcoming and helpful employees, convenient location. Great value for money

great location near all shops and services. Check in was excellent. Much better than I expected. It's better thank any 3 star hotel, and much bigger. Good internet, two TVs. Both didn't have the channels tuned in or had been changed by the previous guest. Taha, receptionist, fixed both in minutes. He was also in communication when travelling from the airport by Whatsapp and sent location etc. I have been to Egypt dozens of times and for the price, you will find nothing anywhere near this standard. Two great air conditioners, very clean fridge and complimentary tea and coffee.

As I had a street side apartment, no traffic problems but dogs barking woke me once. It is Cairo, so some noise to be expected.

It was spacious, clean, central location. Good air conditioning. Relatively quiet, I slept well every night after a long day walking around Cairo. The location is good, not far from most of the important places (by taxi ofcourse). Highly recommended.

No sign outside, took me a few minutes until I realised where the hotel actually was. Hot water was a bit weak.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Good location, clean rooms, shops and cafe close by. Room size was great stayed in room number 2 next to reception on ground floor. There were staff on site at all hours.

Can be noisy due to foot traffic but didn't bother me too much. Was safe but can be improved with an extra lock on door since it's not a hotel and for solo travellers in particular.

Everything was excellent especially the staff were extremely cooperative, thanks for Mr. Taha Location was good surrounded by a lot of restaurants and services and facilities , room was very spacious.

I like hard mattress and the one in my room was a medium hardness one, but it wasn't a big issue

The staff are super nice and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathroom was big and modern, with a hose in the toilet. They had an elevator, and the neigborhood was quiet. The laundry service was also great and quick, plus affordable.

The room was not very clean. The carpet needs to be replaced, it’s all old and dirty with stains all over it. The bathroom was generally clean but there was some hair on the floor. It seemed like they didn’t clean it properly before we arrived. Also, we stayed 4 nights and had to request that it be cleaned, that’s not something they do automatically, apparently.

The staff, especially Mr.Taha from reception and Mr.Sameh from the housekeeping. They are very friendly and trying to do their best. Everything you need is within a minute walking distance. They are very flexible as regards any booking related modificationspicture are exactly the same on the Internet.

A good place for a solo traveller. Or a family to accommodate them for sleeping. Room and bed sheets cleanness needs to be revised

The property is fully equipped. The owner is gentile and interested in every need. The property is in one of Egypt's safe spots. If you want to cook your own food instead of eating out, if the location suits you, it should be the first choice. If you find this place available between the dates you are looking for, I would definitely say make a reservation.

Good value for the price. Staff were nice and accommodating. We booked 2 different rooms for our 1 wk stay in Cairo. We liked the queen room on the 3rd floor better than the king room on the 1st floor. The queen room is smaller but looks more recently renovated. Overall, both rooms a are good. They usually provide only 1 towel so if you are 2 people staying in the place, just ask the staff for additional towel. For our last night, it was cool that we were able to order food delivered to the place via Talabat app. The location is close to may food joints so our order arrived fast!

The room was clean and fully-equipped as described on the listing.

I had a pleasant stay and there’s nothing to complain about!
