I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Cairo.This was one of the best experiences ever. Property is very clean and has a fantastic old time charm. conveniently in a great and quiet location. The staff at Zayed hotel are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They really deserve awards, Ahmed who is professional and competent but also very friendly and supportive, also Mario and others, I have to mention the cleaning staff Safa’a and all other staff. Thank you all

Very friendly staff especially Ahmed (the receptionist) and Sabry (the Valet) both of them were extremely helpful.. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will come back to this hotel in the future

Best USP for this place is the staff. I think in Reception Ahmed is the best part with meet and greet . Rest all staff Ramy and one more Receptionist with absolute fantastic English communication helped in buying medicine one day. Room it self needs bit updating. Bathroom neat and clean.

. The music was too loud on Roof top and I couldn't sleep all night . Need to address that if need foreign clients

Friendly staff. Mr. Sameer and other staff were exceptionally nice. Hotel is in centrally located. very near and clean. price is reasonable. we were provided with extra ordinary breakfast on rooftop restaurant.

when we checked in lift was not working but they managed it within one hour. lift is little old but it works fine.

Great welcoming environment and friendly staff especially Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Rami, Mr. Sabri, and Mdm. Safa. Above all of that is the delicious breakfast which can also be served in the room. Check in and check out was fast and hassle-free!. The triple room I took was comfy with a window.

If room door and window had more sound proofing that would be perfect, but in general it is quiet!.

Service was excellent and the cleanliest was outstanding . Cleanest I have stayed in other than the Rixos. The service was excellent by all. There was not one thing I had to request

I really enjoyed my stay there it was amazing 😍😍 the staff were friendly and helpful I appreciate what there did for me especially the front desk staff, the hotel has perfect location very near from the centre, the hotel was very clean, definitely I will revisit it again.

The staff were all extremely helpful. Cleanliness was good bedroom were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The WIFI is not good slow and it doesn’t connect all the time. The bathroom needs a better extraction fan.

it is all about the staff in this Hotel. I have never been more pleased in any Cairo hotel than at Zayed Hotel specially Mr Rami at the reception desk. He is a truly fantastic guy, smiling, helpful and a decent human being. He and Samir helped me with my tv and everything I needed. Rami also helped me booking a good value cab to go to the airport on Morroco V Egypt match as Uber prices were over the top. thank you again Rami also Mr Ahmed is a good, friendly gentleman who is always ready to help.

Three things if fixed this Hotel will always be fully booked with happy customers. 1- Please get rid of the weekend loud music that shakes the building until 2 am. 2- Please get kettles in all the rooms even if you don’t want to provide tea and coffee sachets. Guests can buy. 3- Rooms are big & Nice, you only have to get better shower heads. if you do the above things your hotel will get more guests and people will be happier when they check out. your breakfast is great and the chef is a nice guy … cleaning staff also good so again the staff are the best asset the Zayed hotel has.

Everything was so clean and organized! also the workers were always kind and helpful! it’s was literally the best choice to book here. We were a big family with kids and elderly people and this hotel was exactly what we were looking for
