Great location: area surrounded of embassies. Quite, safe, close to city center. Hotel recently renovated. Very good restaurant at 11th floor at reasonable prices. Nice modern Cellar / Bar. Good to have a water boiler in the room. Every day we were getting 2 bottles of water. Service pick up from airport $40 from Sphinx Airport: a bit expensive, but...comfortable. Gym at 12th floor: new, very modern tools. Touristic services are organized by a separate Travel Agency. This is good, but sometimes tours are overpriced vs other options in Cairo. $45/person for Nile Cruise or $120 for Alexandria was good.

Touristic service by travel agency: $120 for Giza-Saqqara-Doufour pyramids 1 day tour is definitely overpriced; i made same tour with ~$25 using Uber.

The cafe on the first floor has croissants and pastries which are good. The buffet breakfast is okay if you eat a lot in the morning. The location is good, near embassies and cafes and very walkable. The hotel rooms are on the 9 to 12th floor of the high rise. The lobby on the ground floor is comfortable but chilly. It has good meeting spaces and the cafe. The elevators are tiny and there is only one for guests. the other is for staff so you have to wait a while often. The food is okay and the portions are not huge (which is good) but small meals are not offered. It is formal eating or nothing. The restaurant staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The room is a bit cramped and the staff forgot to leave me tea and sugar. The last day they "forgot" towels which seems to have been a ploy to get tips. No one ever brought the laundry bag I requested. The bathroom has no hooks or shelves at all except one inside the shower stall. For an upscale hotel these small inconveniences are not acceptable.

This hotel really is a gem ! The staff was very very thoughtful yet not intrusive, they were professional and very friendly at the same time. Very helping and well organised in everything we asked for, the hotel was also very helpful with our last day in Cairo with its services (luggage, taxi). The style of the rooms and of the restaurant is nice and not over the top yet very warm. The view frome the "Terrace" is very beautiful and calming. I highly recommend this hotel and I will recommend it to all my friends desiring to visit Cairo.

The hotel is very practically located in Zamalek, a quieter neighborhood after a daylong of siteseeing. The staff is very nice and welcoming, attentive to every need. A special thank you to Iman and Iaad in housekerping and to Basma and Shenouda in the restaurant. Breakfast has a very good variety of options. The chef in charge of the egyptian breakfast was also very attentive and ready to prepare anything we asked! Everyone is very helpfull, including the concierges and people at tge door. The room was specious and comfortable with a nice balcony west oriented, so we could enjoy the sunsets from our room. Overall the hotel is very well maintained and very clean. Thank you everyone! Maybe just improving a little the wifi in the room, and add a couple of towel hanging hooks in the bathroom, otherwise nothing to complain about.

The room was small but it was enough for me and I was looking for a small room for me. (I loved the room) I chose to stay in Zamalek because it is a classy area in Cairo. I loved the hotel's location—it is only a 6-minute walk from Safaa Higazi metro station, which can take you almost everywhere in Cairo. the area is full of cafes and restaurants (Zooba + Starbucks + Mandarin Quaider + Bu5arest black + money exchange + Cinema .... etc) I want to give special thanks and appreciation to Ms. Minna ( my room housekeeper for her great efforts to make my stay comfortable and easy. Please keep up the great work you do. Till next time

The aircondition wasn't working well. But the weather was cold and I didn't need the A/C that much.

Staff was amazingly kind and went out of their way to make us feel extra comfortable. The place is very suitable for couples and very calm. The food was amazing and there is a huge variety of choices during breakfast. The room service and facilities exceeded our expectations. The staff speaks perfectly fluent english and doesn't discriminate against Egyptians or foreigners. It was amazing for everyone.

The rooms were a bit smaller than expected and its possible to end up in a room with terrible view. If this is important to you, make sure to voice it on the reception because they go out of their way to meet your needs.

Best location, clean hotel, very good restaurant, friendly and professional staff, renovated rooms

We asked to change our room from 13th floor because my friend could not use the elevator. The room given to us in the first floor was having some issues. 1. Noise over all night of maybe something like electricity generator. 2. The Bathroom was flooded after every shower. This water was then even coming to the room. Reception team sent someone to fix it, but still the problem was there during all our stay.

Room was spacious and clean. it was more basic in its set up but had everything you need from hotel on your travels. Bed was comfortable. Since we were on a higher floor it was not noisy and zamalek in general seemed quieter than other parts of Cairo. The breakfast on the Terrace restaurant was a nice surprise. Very fresh and delicious breakfast. Everything was superbly placed. Many options to choose from not a basic menu. Lots of egyptian breakfast options as well as western breakfast options along with healthy choices like oats and yogurt, fruit smoothies, freshly baked pastried etc

Some rooms have step ups, seemed a bit bothersome esp if you use the toilet at night. Something to check before booking the room. Everything else was really nice. Breakfast is definitely a highlight- not to be missed.

The room was clean and big. The view was nice. The furniture was modern. The breakfast was good. The hotel is in a safe area and the staff is very friendly. Event though we did not use that service, the hotel ca help you with booking trips to the most important atractions. They also brought us fresh bottles of water everyday.

The AC did not work properly. For us it was not a problem because during the day we were visiting and at night it was cold outside, but otherwise it would have been more difficult. The shower had a leakage.
