The overall ambience was really good. Rooms were extra clean. Breakfast buffet was good. The resort premises were very beautiful. We enjoyed the stay at the resort

The checkout time as given in the confirmation mail was 1pm. Accordingly, we started for the sight seeing. But, at 10.30, a staff called us and told that we are supposed to check out at 11 am. We had already covered a considerable distance, but had to come back and proceed with the checkout. This had ruined our complete plan for the day, as we were there only for 2 days. The resort authorities told it is a mistake by booking. Com.

The resort's picturesque location, surrounded by nature's beauty, provided a serene backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Room was not only comfortable but also tastefully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. Dining at Purple Palm was a gastronomic delight. The culinary expertise showcased in each dish was impressive. What truly stood out during our visit was the exceptional service. The warm hospitality of the staff and their smiling faces added a personal touch, making us feel welcomed and valued.

Since the breakfast buffet was exceptional, we would have loved if there was a dinner/lunch buffet as well

1) Cleanliness, hygiene, ambience was too good. Facilities are excellent! 2) Silence is a positive point. 3) Umbrella facility.

1) Cupboard is not provided in room for keeping clothes and items. 2) Lighting should be much more bright in room as well as in certain locations of the resort including around the swimming area.It is too dim & dark. 3) Free pick up and drop facility should be provided from Manglore airport.

The rooms were super spacious, the extra beds we requested were ready in no time and the swimming pool was clean and lovely. The breakfast spread was also good.

The entire breakfast spread was not ready at 7:30 am which they informed was the breakfast start time. It still wasn't ready by the time we finished having our breakfast with available spread. This needs tk be improved upon for guests who would like an early checko

The hotel is in a very ideal location. Hospitality, friendliness, cleanliness & Courtesy was the key highlight right from the start. The restaurant served wide variety of food , be it either breakfast or dinner, here kudos to the very well organized Mr Shekar & team. All other facilities, be it the gym, spa, pool & indoor sports area was very good. Highly recommend Purple Palms to those visiting Coorg.

Bit higher on the price but finally at the end this did not matter much due to all the likes at Purple Palms.

The breakfast had good range and the open air seats were so good. The ambience and greenery around the property was super. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Some more variety in the types of bread. Snooker could have been provided free of cost.

The ambience of the entire place was great and exactly as per our taste. Loved the serenity and the quietness even though it's right next to the main road. The massage experience was the cherry on top, the masseuse were experienced and gave a lasting experience.

The breakfast spread could be a little better. It does not match in certain ways from the menu placed in the room for the breakfast buffet.

l had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience."well maintained 👌
