The proprietors were welcoming and very helpful in arranging transportation, even at odd times. The property is off the primary city grid, so lovely, laid-back environment. The room I got was very spacious and had a five seater sofa and coffee table.

Suggestions for proprietors- I would suggest giving a small talk or a printed note on facilities available at the premises and how to avail them so that the guest feels confident in asking for them without hesitation. Expectations for the guests- You will be surrounded by nature. So expect loud insect and bird sightings and sounds. You are off the primary town grid, so make sure your plans are flexible and not time bound. The premises has dogs. So if you are scared of pets, please communicate it in advance to the proprietors

Homestay location is best as it is covered by greenery, Bhavana - Owner is frdly & Welcoming, Food was good. Rooms are cozy & clean. Good Wifi, spacious room😍. This place stole my heart.

Hot water facility was not great and toilet gun was not working, toileteries were wet, But overall it's a best place to stay in Coorg with frds Or family.

Staying in this property was amazing. it's surrounded by greenery. Especially host Bhavana ma'am and vittal sir ,they were extremely good and their hospitality was extraordinary. Best homestay simply super and neat.......🥰

We loved our stay, the breakfast was amazing. The guy from the staff is the nicest person we've met in India. The location is a bit far from the city but amazing to have 1 or 2 nights stay in a nice place. The room is large enough and provides what you need. The place is clean

The bed was composed of two mattresses which were old and not good quality. Hot water was not working.

The property owner is extremely sweet, caring and comforting to the guests. We were hungry after a long road trip and after realising this she gave us brunch and didnt even charge a single penny for it. It is rare for small property owners. She was continuously asking about whether we need anything that she can help us with. Also, she arranged a private vehicle for our Mandalpatti trip that picked us from the property itself at 5:30 in the morning sharp. All n all, we had a good stay.

There are no eating options around as property is located in a bit of a secluded area so we had to rely on the homemade food prepared by the owner. We were there only for a night but for longer stay, this might be a issue.

We liked the quite ambience of the place. It's a bit away from the main town. If you have your own vehicle only then it will be convenient. Place serves complimentary indian breakfast which is good in taste.

There is no daily room service. Could have given electric kettle in the room.

The rooms were clean and hygiene maintained at property. Rooms were aesthetic liked the vibe overall. The host was really very sweet and friendly. they helped us alot to get connected with local drivers.

The host was awesome in this location. I would definitely recommend others to stay here if they visit coorg. The breakfast they provide is very very tasty. Rooms are neat and clean, well maintained. Also it's near to the city as well..

The Home stay was really nice. The host was really welcoming, i had traveled with my family and they helped us with the food for our 1.5 years kid. We felt like we were staying in one of our relatives house. The owners and their kids are really friendly. I would definitely recommend this home stay if you're travelling with your family.

It was a nice stay lush green homestay, The owner was so sweet and caring and even served an early breakfast ,very cooperative staff

Little bit more clean and wifi improvement can help , otherwise it was a superb stay
