Villa was exceptionally good. Well maintained. We have booked 3 rooms. As a complimentary they have offered 4 rooms. Entire 4th floor was given to us with 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Rooms were neat. Bedsheets were neat n tidy. We liked the villa.

Very nice design of the hotel and rooms. Clean room and linen. Nice modern quiet area. New building. Hot water. Comfortable bed. Towel and shampoo. Kettle and water. Very caring hosts. Helped me buy a ticket, solved many of my questions. Delicious dinner prepared according to my wishes. The hotel looks expensive but is not expensive.

I did not like the room service. Anything you asked, the first response of the attendent is always no. Somehow I have to follow it up all the time.

Room was clean, bright, shower although solar heated water, took a while to warm up, but was very good👍 Food brought to the door Friendly staff very polite and helpful

Dazzling, spotlessly clean room & toilet. Tasty & freshly prepared breakfast.

There was no hot water in the bathroom on both the days(stayed for 2nights). They said that they forgot to switch on the centrally controlled geyser switch in the morning.

Improvement can be done by ensuring all the AC rooms have a small work table for business travellers. Otherwise it is a bit inconvenient 👍

The whole room was really clean and with all you can need. They allowed us to make a really late check in without issues
