Great location close to the Parliament, bus station, shops, and restaurants. The receptionist could speak English and was very helpful. Paying credit card is available.

The staff, especially at the breakfast, were terrible. They were talking, watching movies on phones continuously while the breakfast tables were dirty and were unable to sit anywhere. When we mentioned it to them, they showed angry faces. They cooked their breakfasts every morning at the egg table, took their plates to the kitchen and closed the door, so as a guest it was very uncomfortable to call them out from the kitchen.

This was my second stay at the Puma, and again, I was quite satisfied. This room was quiet, private, and clean, with all outlets functioning and excellent Wi-Fi. The staff was amicable. Unfortunately, I slept through breakfast for the two days I was there. But from my last stay there, I know it was ample and delicious: Yogurt, granola, eggs, porridge, biscuits, and other delectable items. In addition, the hotel is located downtown, close to the museums and other must-see tourist attractions.

I regularly visit Ulaanbaatar for work and have stayed at several mid range hotels. Puma Imperial is now my preferred choice. Main advantages are position (very close to main square and many restaurants) very good breakfasts and value for money.

Minimal facilities, limited English spoken by staff, weak internet some rooms (but strong in breakfast room and lobby) and uneven quality of rooms. Some are very dated rather dark, others are light and spacious.

The Puma is in a great location. The staff was very helpful in arranging an early morning transfer from the airport and were able to provide a room when I arrived way before normal check in ( I was more than willing to have them store my luggage until later in the day). Their location is great for several restaurants and very near the main plaza and several good museums. Included breakfast buffet was pretty good by western standards and great by European standards.

There are a lot of reviews critiquing the breakfast so maybe they fixed it but for us it was unbelievable! There was a ton of variety and top notch food! Staff was friendly and attentive Water pressure deserves a special mention.

Directions could be a bit better! The profile picture leaves out the fact that this building is actually surrounded by other, taller buildings and it’s actually hidden and not on a main street hut directly behind

Everything was fine. Very clean location, near the Center of the city.

The clean-up was not done every day. Maybe the personnel should be trained better. If you are in the room when they arrive for clean-up, they will not come again later. The breakfast should be more various. The coffee could be better. It was somthing too long, without any taste from my point of view. Anyeay, a good location. I recommend it!

Hotel in city center, closest to central Sukhbaatar Square. I had a large and quiet, well equipped room with a comfortable bed, fridge, kettle etc. The Puma is well known in Ulaanbaatar, but the atmosphere in the hotel is a bit cold and the charme is a bit from yesterday.

The breakfast was a bit poor in my opinion, but they prepare fresh eggs. Finally I'm not very sure if you get helpful tourist informations at the reception desk.

A great hotel, not only for the Mongolian standards but also for the European ones. Staff very friendly Room and breakfast great Cosy atmosphere I appreciated that they recruit, for the reception and other services, university students who are so, so sweet and kind and helpful. Very flexible with your arrival time. Reasonable, very reasonable price. Very good breakfast, They bring it to your room, if you ask for it. They make arrangements for your early-morning departure. Nice hotel with great people at the reception, at the restaurant, at the room etc . I stayed three nights with booking and other three on my own booking

The location is fantastic. It's just minutes from Sukhbaatar Square and many other attractions (like museums, restaurants, etc.). The desk staff was fantastic, reliable, and accommodating.

The facilities are a bit lacking. There's a random exercise bike in the middle of the hallway. Is that "a gym"? Also, the air conditioner in my room was leaking so I couldn't use it despite being very hot.

To have in mind that there might not be hot water on the 4th floor. It seems there is a plumbing issue and the hot water might not be reaching the top floor. This seems to be common issue in Mongolia so I wouldn’t criticise the hotel for this. Otherwise the stay was nice.
