The location of the hotel was fantastic. I was there for a conference and had a very comfortable short walk to my conference venue. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious. Loved the spread of breads, oats, yoghurt and the coffee in the morning. Very satisfied with my stay there!

The property does not have a lift but there are only three floors anyway. I was travelling light and they are very helpful to bring your luggage up and down from your room, so not an issue at all for me.

Hotel building does not have finished stories, one can look from ground floor to upper floor and vice versa. This made it relatively noisy, as hotel guests were chatting in the stairwell.

The location is very convenient — only 10 mins walk to Sükhbaatar Square. Inside the hotel every floor is decorated with art paintings. I also like the balcony of the room, which has a city view and allows me to enjoy sunshine in the morning.

It’s a little bit inconvenient that the hotel doesn’t have any lift although the staff is helpful to carry luggage going upstairs. Besides the room is small and facilities inside are old. The breakfast is ok but has very limited choices.

The rooms were very comfortable with air-conditioning that could double-up as a heater. The hotel staff were simply awesome and helpful. No problems conversing with them. Convenient short walk to a convenience store. A slightly longer walk to the centre of the city (30 minutes) and Hard Rock Ulaanbaatar. Beds were comfortable and toilets were clean.

Breakfast options could be increased and varied. There was limited choice and options for breakfast.

Just 10-15 mins walking from the main square, but in a quiet alley. CU supermarket open 24/7 if you need a late night snack. Rooms are spacious, elegant, and have very comfortable beds. The hotel concept is esthetically pleasant: a round cylinder with a central staircase and all rooms placed on the sides. The taxi from and to the airport was reliable and available also very early in the morning. I decided to donate some money to a Mongolian Ong and they matched my gift, which I thought was very nice.

Breakfast offering does not change from one day to the other, and it general is not very broad, especially on the savoury side. Because of the hotel structure once I had a room close to the central staircase, and could hear the noise from downstairs also at night.

The hotel was located a few minutes walk from the main mall in Ulaanbaatar with easy access to the city center. The room was very clean with a nice bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was good quality and staff were very helpful.

The TV didn’t work even though it had a channel list next to it. We had difficulty locking our rooms door and the alarm kept going off so we had to give up.

I love everything, from the hospitality from the Hotel staffs, to the cleanliness, the location is superb in the centre of everything. They even fulfilled my request for highest floor and quiet room. Thank you so much for having me. You guys the best.

No lift but porter all ready to help. Breakfast limited spread, hope more variety like alternate days variation of some items. All 3 nights stay serve same bkf spread.

Good affordable hotel in a central location. The breakfast was limited with a stale pastries and watery juice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had all amenities and was comfortable.

The cleaning was just okay. I’m blonde and I found dark hair in my bathroom and then on the turn down day the bathroom didn’t even have a basic wipe down and a cup still had liquid in it.
