Good location, great design (each floor has a theme, connected to Mongolian culture and geography, and the rooms are decorated accordingly), OK breakfast, friendly staff. We really liked the overall vibe of the hotel.

We asked the reception to call us a taxi to the airport. They most probably called a friend, the driver did not speak a word of English or Russian, and at the beginning did not use GPS, so kept choosing the slower alternatives (and Ulaanbataar is notorious for traffic jams). After a while we started telling him which way to go, but it was a bit difficult due to the language barrier. The price was reasonable though. The restaurant would need a better exhaust fan, in the morning the smell of cooking came up to the 7th floor.
