We stayed in a spacious room with a comfortable bed. The room had air conditioning, but it was quite noisy. Our windows faced the main road, so when we opened them, we could hear a lot of traffic noise. It’s a decent choice for a short stay of one or two nights. Getting to the city center takes just a few minutes by taxi, depending on traffic. The hotel has a restaurant that serves good food and, by Mongolian standards, surprisingly good coffee. Breakfast, however, was rather basic and could be improved.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say it was a good experience overall. In terms of value for money, this place really hits the mark. The price was super reasonable. Plus, they include a tasty breakfast every morning - definitely a nice perk and a great way to start the day. The room was clean and comfortable. Another bonus is that there's a mini mart nearby, so it's easy to grab any essentials or snacks. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay with a good breakfast included, this hotel is a solid choice.

The hotel is a bit out of the city center. If you’re planning to explore the main attractions, be prepared for a bit of a commute. Also, the area around the hotel isn’t the nicest part of the city. It's not terrible, but it’s something to be aware of if the location's a big factor for you.

The staff, in particular the driver / manager were just wonderful people and highly reliable. I would return for them alone. The breakfast was tasty and the lady at reception was thoughtful to provide a take-away breakfast even at 6 in the morning. So kind! Ulaanbaatar is a very interesting city and absolutely deserves a visit.

The only thing I found was that some small refinements to cleaning could be welcome. The traveler has to be aware that the hotel is slightly outside of the centre, but it is directly on Peace Avenue and if you can navigate the taxi system, you should be fine.

I had everything I needed to spend long layover between my long flights: comfortable bed, nice shower, all the shower equipment. Also, the stuff is very friendly, kind and helpful 🤍

I am happy with my stay. But for other travelers it’s good to: 1. Remember to check if the shuttle is indeed arranged for you one-two days before the trip; 2. Use google translate in case English is not enough. I found that even at the reception it was better to translate few things to Mongolian to ensure 100% understanding

It was an amazing experience. I had 17 hours stopover in Ulaanbaatar. As promised, the hotel manager, Ms. Ganaa picked me up from the airport at 3:30 am (even the airport name written on my itinerary was wrong due to the agency mistake that i bought, she double-checked and came to correct airport). She was super nice with a great language skills. The room and the other stuffs were all nice. They arranged all according to my schedule, even the breakfast time. They helped me to utilize my 17 hours in most perfect way. In the end, Ms. Ganaa dropped me back to the airport perfectly on time. It was a great experience. Very clean room, super kind staff, and not greedy management… I strongly suggest everyone. I can clearly say that the best hotel experience of my life.

Great value for money. The hotel room is big and well accommodated, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Check in/out is easy and hassle free, even with the language barrier. Staff were friendly and also brought complementary food on arrival to the room.

The bedding was a bit dustier/spotted than expected, but it was cleaned and within the value of price paid for the stay.

The customer and hospitality of this hotel was outstanding. A special thank you should go out to their guest service representative - Tuya. She is truly remarkable and very responsive. Very helpful in making arrangements and sorting out requests.

From the first moment you enter the hotel, you are struck by the wonderfully welcoming and homely atmosphere. The hotel's rooms and service are superb. The hotel staff surround their guests with attention and care and go to great lengths to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised with a "compliment" from the hotel when we were offered a fruit platter on arrival! We are also incredibly grateful for the laundry service we received, which the hotel provides free of charge! Fantastic! We are thankful to all the staff at the hotel! And special thanks to the hotel manager Munkhtsetseg for her high professionalism and friendliness! We will definitely come back!

One of the best hotels in Ulaanbaatar! The location is very close to the Dragon bus terminal, but not too far from the center as well. The staff is very nice and helpful and really does everything to make your staying as much comfortable as possible. Also, they speak very good English, which is very important! I stayed here with a group of 14 tourists and all of them liked this hotel!

It was a decent hotel. Most of the things were brand new. The staff was helpful, even though we had a language barrier. Breakfast was very nice and generous compared to what we are used to from Europe.

Had a couple of minor issues. The Wifi was very weak in our room. We couldn't get the fridge to work. But all in all, a pleasant stay for this price.
