The entire hotel was laid out to ensure easy access to restaurants, the gym, and the coffee shop. The personnel were attentive and went out of their way to help with all our tourist needs. The breakfast was fantastic. We originally planned a four-night stay, but extended it to six nights due to the overall quality of the hotel. When we inquired about possible private tour guides, several of the hotel staff were qualified and served us well.

They failed to make up the room one day, but responded immediately when this was brought to their attention. While the hotel is reasonably close to the tourist sites we visited, it was still a short taxi ride.

A pleasant, clean hotel in a good location. A thirty-minute walk from Sukhbaatar Square which suited me fine as it allowed me to have a reasonable amount of exercise going back and forth to the centre of UB. It is very close to Gandan Khiid and its adjacent monasteries [Badma Ega Datsan and Bakula Rinpoche Sum] and you can then walk to the centre of UB, visiting the Zanabazar Museum of Fine Arts en route. The 17th floor lounge, the Edge had a great ambience and superb views over the city and the surrounding area and served great cocktails with friendly service until 1am. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very nice. It is central and within a reasonable walking range of the main tourist attractions and shopping malls. It also has a very good restaurant. The people are very nice and ready to help.

Ulaan Baatar is infamous for its traffic jams. They are monumental. Unfortunately, the hotel is near an intersection that has a lot of traffic, so if you need to move fast in a car from the hotel or to the hotel, you might face several problems. Saying that, if you are tired of traffic and prefer to walk, the hotel location is great :)

Nice spacious room with all necessary amenities. Good that they have a rooftop bar and restaurant. We had a chance to eat even at 11pm. Mind that the servings are enormous you might want to share each dish. Transfer to and from the airport is smooth and convenient. Everyone is fluent in English.

Hard to come up with anything significant. Well, I’m not sure whether we were a bit late for breakfast, but I wish there were more healthy options anyway. You might want to take shower while sitting in the bathtub unless you’d like to be seen naked by your travel partner. The glass wall between the room and bath is somewhat too clear. Especially at night. (We had a twin room on 15th floor)

The location is very good. Allows reaching the main points of interest by foot. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room location allowed for a nice overview of the city.

In the bathroom the tiles were moving and water was going under them. The breakfast was rather limited in options, especially for vegetarians.

Personally, the options availabel for breafast is not so good for me as a Chinese. More dishes & vegs variety could be better.

Location is very good, allows to reach many points of interest by foot. Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Staffs were very helpful, specially receptions and room cleaners.

Breakfast wasn’t so good, it was buffet food but not many choices. Waiters couldn’t speak English had a little bit trouble but they were nice.

I was pleasantly surprised and for a moment had to remind myself I was still in Mongolia. A gem in the city. There was even an air purifier & humidifer in the room. I wasn’t able to use any amenities but the room was comfortable (a little on the hot side but that’s not their fault as the heat is determined by the city).

WiFi was not very good in the evening. That’s my only complaint.

Like the location. Front of house staff were very helpful.

Air conditioning in our roo. Did not work. Staff very quickly gave us a portable air conditioner. Why would ypu put glass see through windows I. The bathroom so that ypu can be seen by anyone in the sleeping area. Did not like that at all. No privacy.
