The location couldn't be better. It's right at the heart of Ulaanbaatar. The staff were helpful, and the restaurant on the top floor is one of the best I have ever been to. I recommend the khuushuur.

The WiFi in the room cut out every now and then. I sometimes had to sit near the window in order for it to work properly, especially when using WhatsApp.

The location was great, and you can find your way around using Google maps. The room was large and had some great views. Even though I didn't speak Mongolian, I was still able to use a translation app to get help.

My overall impression is that the people working there are nice and try to be helpful, but they don't really speak English.

Great spacious room, perfect location! The double-double bed was bliss after a couple of weeks in the countryside. The reception staff was friendly and took care of me. Definitely the most comfy room I ever had in Mongolia.

During 6 days of stay, the cleaning staff only cleaned my room once! Don't know why they never showed up, there are no signs to signalize the staff that you want your room to be cleaned. I ordered a room with breakfast, however, only received breakfast once during my whole stay! Don't know the reason for that, however, I was busy and outside a lot so it didn't bother me too much. Every single day I needed to go to the reception desk to renew my room card... that was quite annoying.
