I recently had the pleasure of staying at Flower Hotel , and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and felt at home thanks to the outstanding service provided by the team.

The Flower Hotel is excellent value for money, with the Japanse Onsen (separate men's and women's) as well as breakfast being included. It has the old charm of Mongolia in a bygone era, but yet it was comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of fruit and salads (as well as cooked dishes and Chinese style breakfast items). There are four restaurants on site, but we only tried Hana (the Chinese restaurant), which was delicious, although it was very busy. The location is a short walk to Emart which is a huge grocery store and has a good foodcourt. I would definitely return to this hotel and enjoy the Yorimichi Bathhouse (the onsen/sauna+hot tub) again.

The bed was fairly comfortable but the pillow I found quite hard. There are a lot of stairs because it is three connected buildings built on a hill. (There are elevators in the buildings but not for the corridors between the buildings.)

Spacious rooms. Clean and delicious breakfast. Sauna. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in the room.He doesn't respond to messages very often.

The breakfast staff is slow to clear the table. There are stairs on the way to the elevator. The guest room door locking device is broken. There is no air conditioning in the living room.One room has low water pressure during shower.

Good for Asians especially Japanese. Facilities are good including hot tub & restaurant. Room facilities are comfortable. Affordable price. Early booking is required during the July & August.

Air quality is not good during the winter.

Breakfast is good, the room is clean, and the front service is nice.

slot to put in the card key is hidden by the closet which is very inconvenient. please cut a part of the side of the closet wall so that customers can easily put in the card key. thanks.

The room was big for one or two people and decorated nicely. The beds and bath robes were comfortable. The room was quiet. They offered bottled water, which was nice. Namste was a beautiful and tasty restaurant. The included breakfast had more options than I could image and was a great way to start the day.

I could not use the bottom lock on the outside door. The tile and bath tub in the bath room needed updating. It functioned, it just looked worn.

I chose to stay in this hotel every time I visit Ulan-Bator, breakfasts are amazing! The service was good, I enjoyed the Japanese bath too and it was really nice to have dinner in the restaurants in the same building when the weather was cold outside.

Very comfy number. It's not big, but enough space for one or two persons. And very friendly staff, who want help you with all your problems

Laundry spoiled my favorite t-shirt, so think about that. And My friend had poisoned from sausage on breakfast. But in others 6 times breakfast was delicious

Clean and spacious rooms, great location and good breakfast. The stuff is very helpful and professional. The hotel has a great Indian restaurant as well. Do not miss it even if do not stay at the hotel.
