Modern clean design, the night staff especially the taller bespectacled front office male staff is very helpful and knows the hotel property well and very polite. Both the male stuff are really good.

The evening staff , the girls initially told our guide a trolley for our luggage was not available until we insisted for one and magically it appeared. (We know there is one from last stay) They could be a bit more genuine and helpful. The intern has no clue and seriously needs to learn what hospitality industry is.

Well located to avoid downtown traffic coming to/from airport. Nice buffet and staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The shower pressure in the standard room is almost non existent. We were really looking forward to nice hot shower after touring but it was really not enjoyable. We stayed in another room (BOGD suite) last night and everything was fantastic including the shower and soaker bath! Also some great views. We will choose the upgrade room next time.

The property is located closely to the cashmere shops and close to the center in the sense that you’re close enough but not so close that you’ll be stuck in traffic from 1 second. The facilities are great and the restaurant has an extensive menu and an outdoor place to eat which should be tried. The food we got was great especially the “big mama” which was as great collection of all sorts of dishes in one.

Modern hotel with spacious bedrooms. Very good on site restaurant for breakfast & dinner: chef cooked special dinners for guests with dietary requirements. There was a good choice of foods. Staff were very helpful, especially in the restaurant. We could leave luggage that we did not need for our three day excursion to the Gobi Desert.

Not the closest location to the main attractions in Ulaan Bataar, but taxis are inexpensive (though slow in the traffic) & this allowed us to reach everything we wanted to see easily. Also, the area where the hotel is located is up and coming, so within a year or so, it could be better served with attractions.

Traffic in UB is crazy so for our needs Ibis (not centre located) was just great. the staff is very kind and professional. there is a café should you have some business meetings. and you can print your docs in the business centre without any hassle. I am glad I picked Ibis, could not be better.

The BOGD suite is fantastic. Lovely shower and soaker bath, nice spacious suite with great views. We had to leave very early before breakfast opened and staff was kind enough to make us a boxed breakfast to take. No complaints at all, will be back in two weeks!

The room was clean with modern amenities and 2 bottles of water were provided. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and breakfast and both were good. Bed was comfortable and front desk was able to exchange currency for us

The location was at a difficult and very traffic filled intersection. We asked if we could get more bottles of water and were told no. No shampoo or conditioner in shower

Loved the modern look. Ulaanbaatar suit was spacious, comfortable, very contemporary. Great service from staff.

The road to the entrance has so many potholes, which such nice hotel could put some money in and get it fixed and not wait for the government to fix it. The walls in the common areas and in the restaurant was dirty could use some new paint.

The location. The facilities. The atmosphere. The staff is very nice to inform me there are sauna facilities. And when I call to book, they pre heat the sauna for me.

Not really not like but for improvement, Breakfast is almost same every day. A bit bored. My room has been upgraded to suite. There are sofa in the suite. But if I could have proper working table it would be greater than the sofa. No bidet at toilet. No place or rack to put personal toiletries at shower area. Staff English proficiency needs to be improved.

Very good service. There is a shopping gallery at the ground floor, including food store, where you can buy all you need during your stay. I had to leave earlier and hotel made reimbursement of my advanced paid amount within a few days after my departure. This is very nice and deserves respect. Next time in Mongolia I will certainly stay at this hotel again.
