The service at the hotel is good, excellent restaurants, delicious cuisine, a coffee shop on the 1st floor. The view is good.

One of the disadvantages is that the bathroom is extremely inconvenient to use, it is mounted so that water flows down from the sides. The smell in the room is not very pleasant and musty because of the palace. But the view is good. Also, during the 12 days of stay, the bed linen was never changed, please note this.

Breakfast has a lot of variety and good taste. The Korean restaurant in 15 floor and the pub in 16 floor is also good. The stuff in the receptionist can speak English so there’s no difficulty to ask them something.

Sometimes, I found dust on table and some facility and tiny color on towels. I hope it will be cleaned more. In terms of the location, I can go to convenience store easily , but from center of UB city, it’s better to use taxi because road is sometimes difficult to walk.

Very good location and lots of great amenities. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. There is a good Korean restaurant on the top floor and a nice cafe on the ground floor. Bank, restaurants and convenience store just across the road

The Irish bar on the top floor played incredibly loud music most nights until midnight which wasn’t ideal. I stayed on the tenth floor out of sixteen and I could hear the music very clearly.

I enjoyed the stay at the Grand Hill Hotel. The room was clean, quiet, with a good view. I especially enjoyed the tasty breakfast with wide range of options in a good atmosphere. The Pub Restaurant in the 16th floor offered tasty food. I want to thank the friendly service.

I'm sad that the spa was out of operation :-( Otherwise I have no complaints!

The facilities are clean and modern. Our stay was super comfortable. Some member of the staff can speak English so communication is good. There’s cafe and restaurant and there are good choices for breakfast. Overall, our stay was excellent.

I didn’t like that the spa was not yet open and available when we visited but that’s fair because the hotel is fairly new.

The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well after long travel. We stayed at the room facing the city view, it was beautiful.

1. Room was a bit too dark. 2. The bed was comfortable. 3. One of the room we stated the toilet did not work, we moved to another room, it was ok.

Hotel has everything you want, pub restaurant sauna gym pool. Rooms are big and internet pretty good

It is a bit far away from city center and check in guy should give priority at 7am to who check out more than people that want check in 5 hours earlier…

junior suite was spacious and the view was great.

The bathroom floor has no sink. Shower curtain was useless against spills. They need to solve this issue.

Absolutely everything. Rooms are very comfy and the breakfast is outstanding. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I ever come back to Ulaanbaatar. Thanks!!

The internet was very good but sometimes it gets disconnected. Not sure why!

Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel rooms are very comfortable.
