- Restaurant was excellent - Staff and restaurant staff was kind and very helpful - Location is lovely - Pool and beach were very nice - Hotel layout was nice - Would highly recommend to others

- Customer service was unreachable if you were off of hotel property - Would have preferred the room to be a little more clean, there was a smell coming from our shower drain in the bathroom and some stains on our pillows and towels - Wifi/Internet Quality was poor- we had no signal in our room and had to go to more public areas of the hotel to get a stronger signal

- The room had some technical problems on the first day, but with the help of the receptionist it was all sorted out shortly after that. - The air conditioner in my room was a little too loud. - Sometimes you could smell smoking in the lobby and on the way between the reception and the restaurant, which was annoying and ruined the Eco experience. - The hotel is far from the city center and the shuttle bus provided by the hotel leaves too seldom throughout the day, which is not very convenient. - Some tables in the restaurant are not stable, which is annoying. But it should be very easy to fix.

The hotel is beautifully located, the room was spacious and comfortable and it has great facilities.

The access to the sea opens at 11 and closes at 6 which did not allow us to do sunrise and sunset swims. The hotel is a bit far from the city so you need a taxi to get there. The problem is that there is only one person in the hotel that can book a taxi and he is usually not around. It would be nice if the reception or guest relation would do that as well.

Swings and kids toy's all are not safe (no rubber protection or it have sharp edges or slippery) and mostly are broken, Shish (water pipe) area are above the garden which fill the air with smoke

The view is outstanding and the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was as expected and the whole experience was amazing.

Only the food and the service, while most of the other hotels allow food take away from the restaurant to the room, but ecotel staff were very strict about it, also the food quality was medium, the hotel is targeting Egyptians maybe and north African Arabs, perhaps if there were European guests, it would have been different.

Relaxation is master peace , So clean and romantic for honeymooners , Dinner was so delicious and they got alot of varieties , funny Taftaf transportations inside the property from rooms to the entrance , restaurant staff and chefs was so helpful , They got free transportations at certain times on a daily basis to Dahab Mamsha

No variety in Breakfast , No sand beach, There’s no doctor’s office inside the property for emergencies 24/7

Spacious rooms, multiple facilities, free WiFi in lobby and rooms, free parking, and good quality/variety of food. Built on levels so all the rooms will have sea view.

Few staff members seem to be not happy being there, maybe seasonal/untrained personnel. There should be a pharmacy in the hotel (nearst farmacy is in city center which is 15 mins drive or 100 EGP delivery fees).

The Receptionists were super welcoming for real🤍🙌🏻Mr Mohamed & Miss Dina were so generous and helpful🤗👏🏻The Hotel had a very lovely view and the restaurant has a wonderful view too We were in love with the staff

The room wasn't that clean i think the furnishings and coverings need some upgrades Also the food wasn't that bad but wasn't good either but i think they can do better

Hotel is clean and new Rooms are so clean and comfortable Food is super tasty and good quality also variety good value for money Beach is not for swimming it's for snorkeling and diving we love it Receptionist is so helpful All the rooms beach view

Pool is not heated Mosquitoes in the hotel and in the room😔
