The room was very clean and comfortable. The onsen available on the ground floor is a bit small but very great: you can relax after a long day of walking. The buffet of the breakfast was very diversified and will match your taste if you like salted breakfast: bacon, sausage, eggs (in different shapes), rice, soup, fish, vegetables, pastas... For sweet tooth, some brioche and croissant were also available. The food was great and delicious. A bus stop to the Marsh Observatory is right down the hotel. This bus stop can also get you close to the city center, the Nusamai bridge and the MOO.

The orange juice was not that great. The location seems closed to the station on the map, but it takes 10min by foot to reach it because there is no connection with the station. You have to follow "North exit" in the Station, get down the stairs and go through the underground passage. After that, it is 5 min by walk. There is no convenient store near by the hotel so you need to anticipate.

The staff were super helpful given I spoke no Japanese and they have bicycles for use by guests

Food could be better

The breakfast, the free drinks, the hot springs on the first floor.
