Nice quiet place. Away from the busy areas. Nice and clean, great location, two smart TVs in the queen suite, seating area for 4 outside with a sun shade. And two relaxing chairs. Voula was very helpful. Free coffee and auger supplies, some toiletries and two bottles of water and some nice wine. AC.

No hot tub in my apartment. Was told by the owner there would be one on my suite. But great service from their keeper who allowed us to use the ones that were not used, so we only missed out on one day in the tub. Kitchen had no cooker. Had a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine and a fridge. Hairdryer and iron.

Gorgeous Villa! Hot tub was such a nice touch. Room was cleaned very well. We received complimentary wine, coffee, water etc :) Tv was a smart TV, air con worked well. Our host was amazing. She gave us so much information about the island & helped us with queries such as transfers and ATV rental. Located in a village, a lovely quieter area but close enough to the hustle & bustle of Thira. Around 15 mins from the airport, and 10 mins to Thira on an ATV and 25-30 minutes to Oia & Perissa.

Afora Houses is the best place in the Vothanas area, providing everything beyond expectations. The hot tub is amazing, especially during the sunset, accompanied by their complimentary white wine. The staff at Afora Houses is incredibly kind, with Voula managing our airport transfers and ATV rental service. We would like to express our gratitude to Voula for her exceptional service; she even arrived early in the morning to secure our baggage before check-in and checkout. Additionally, she arranged for our early check-in and surprised us with small gifts. We are extremely pleased with their cleaning service, hot tub, and all the amenities inside our room. Thanks to Voula and afora houses, we really enjoyed with our vacation.

Would definitely recommend renting a car or ATV as the roads to Fira centre are unwalkable, taxis are expensive

The owner was very kind and welcoming and she offered us a late check out for free since we were the last guests. The room Is very nice and decorated with good taste. Inside you'll find amenities just like in a 4 star hotel, even two bottles of good greek wine! Position Is great since it's in the middle of the island, and there are shops and restaurants very nearby. Highly recommended!

Voula was so helpful with check in and check out and very accommodating with timings. Loved the hot tub though it’s a shame the temperature can’t be controlled. Room just as pictured though.

Some light fittings broken & long to walk anywhere from the accommodation but there is free parking.

The property is super comfy, a very authentic cave house with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The host Voula is very attentive and gave us great recommendations for a full local experience. We loved the location, it's a very authentic greek Village with super marketa, bakeries, Restaurants and very close to all the sights, so a perfect starting point to get around.

Amazing reception from Voula and the care I received was impeccable. The hot-tub was fantastic! Absolute privacy and facilities were cleaned daily. Very good value for money...

Located in a valley! Quite far from the main roads and touristy bits. The distance from restaurants and attractions made things a bit difficult access wise. I would recommend renting a car. Also lacking picturesque views if that's your thing.

I like Afora because this place is very clean and neat. It is a great value and for a couple this a great place to retreat. Not to forget Voula who always help us whenever we need a help.

Nothing that we did not like upon our stay.

The staff have been so kind to us, waiting our arrival very late in the night and have been very helpful on giving us some good advices. A very nice touch from them was the white wine that has been given to us complimentary. The room is, most probably, the best in which we have ever been and has all the comforts needed.
