Location is excellent, staff was very helpful, room was very large and comfortable, especially considering the cost!
The only problem was that the website, as well as the in-room guides all state that the Abby Inn has a Continental breakfast. It doesn't. There was a Keurig style coffee maker in the room, as well as two packets of ground coffee, which helped. But still required that either you carry your own breakfast with you, or go out to eat.

The room was very clean.
Breakfast was supposed to be at 7:00 and there was no breakfast put out when I left at 7:15. There was a sign on the desk for checking out to leave your key on the desk. I set my key on the desk and walked out but then realized I had left my cell phone in my room. One of the other patrons let me back in and I grab the key to go get my phone. I wasn't sure if this was due to their covid protocols or short staffed or a combination of both. They did have a phone number posted where staff could be reached, however when I called that number no one responded. Overall a good experience though.

Impressed with the room, won’t win a modern interior design reward but couch and chair plus bed, the love seat very comfortable , had a long day and needed the comfort , I take value and comfort over fancy

I didn't know about the breakfast, so I missed out. Location, fine.
Floor, carpet was not vacuumed. Didn't get the room I originally booked. Couldn't figure out the internet on the television. The room heater was noisy when turned on. The small refrigerator was noisy also.
