The staff was super helpful and understanding. We ended up needing the room for a second night, booking a room for a second night was super easy. I really want to thank the lady that was working that day. She was very personable and was very willing to help us out. I am sorry I can't remember her name, but she was working Saturday at around noon 1/4/25. She really made our day!

The only thing that I have beef with is the shower head! It is very on point for the modern look but the function is a little left to be desired. Do not get me wrong, it functions as a shower just fine. Just would have liked a more traditional shower head. That is very petty of me :)

Hotel was like new - plenty of hot water and fresh towels. Room was the perfect temperature. Bed was comfortable. Decor was fresh and modern. Room was clean. Best of all, the hotel was so quiet. I slept like a baby.

I have stayed at this location several times, the first being an extended stay for work, as well as a few overnight stays to meet with a friend in the area. I like the cleanliness/comfort of the rooms, as well as the proximity to stores/restaurants.

The only issue I had with this most recent stay, which was only for 1 night, was housekeeping staff knocking on the door twice on the day that I was checking out, waking me out of my sleep, just to have to advise no service was needed. Housekeeping staff should be made aware of the rooms checking out on that day, as there would be no need for those rooms to have service until after the guests have left...

Beds/pillows very comfortable and very clean and nice-looking premises. Felt safe. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Room was simple, very clean, and spacious. Atmosphere was very quiet.

Although very nice, showers had a somewhat poor design and were slippery-no door/curtain to shut to keep water from going on the floor, which makes it dangerous when stepping out of the shower. Since the rooms are spacious, it's a nice place to return to in the evening after the daily outing; however, the room definitely needed another sitting chair in the corner for a second person to sit when other person is sitting working at the desk with a computer.

Front desk staff were friendly. Property was clean.

Bed was hard and bed sheets and blankets were not that great. Cleaning service only every other day.

Everything. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and kind! Room was clean and spacious!

My husband and I like the layout of the Hampton Inn’s. We stay at Hampton inn’s whenever possible as we like the look and feel of these Hotels.

The breakfast was very good. Liked the many options! Should provide water in this area. There was water infused with fruit, but plain water would be better. Larger coffee cups! The hours are not long enough, especially when one would like to sleep later. Perhaps 6-10 would be better for road weary guests! Check supplies more often! They empty quickly!

Explain that there is no maid service unless requested. This should have been explained when signing into the hotel. We found out the next day when we came back into the room and it was a mess! I called the front desk to have a person tell me this was explained on the bathroom mirror! The tiny sign in the far left corner of the mirror was not noticed when you are road weary from traveling ten hours. I asked for clean linen to be answered that I would have to wait for housekeeping staff to arrive. Not good!
