The room was clean and the location was excellent. I would stay there again

I had to ring the bell twice when I was waiting to check out, and breakfast wasn't available until 7 a.m. I am used to other hotels having it ready at 6 a.m. There was also a very loud group downstairs well after some people may be trying to sleep. Overall, these issues were minor.

Nice clean comfortable room.

Breakfast room staff need to be more attentive to their job. There was a slippery floor from something someone had spilled . Someone said the attendant had gone to get a mop. She never returned to mop the floor . So if someone had slipped and got hurt that would look bad on the hotel. Also had to chase someone down to replace the empty coffee urn.

Facility was clean and well kept. Staff was efficient and courteous.

We stayed on a night and we had problems with the toilet and since there was no maintenance staff on site. We had to change rooms. It was inconvenient and the new room was actually a little nicer so it did not affect our stay. Staff was quick to resolve the problem. :)

It was very clean. I loved the nightlight in the bathroom, and the pillows were the best I've ever slept on. Staff was great!

The ice machine was broke, but that was not their fault. They serviced it by the next day.

Elisha, at the front desk is amazing! She was crazily busy the day I had checked out, working the breakfast bar and front desk. She always had a smile for everyone ☺️. All the Staff were professional and friendly.

The only thing I could say is the room had a funky odor going on.

Breakfast was tasty. There was a good variety of food and beverages.

The pillows were a little too full for me. My hands go numb at night if I lay on too thick of a pillow. For just partially reclining and reading while awake, they were okay. Maybe a couple less fluffy pillows along with the fluffier ones would fit everyone’s needs.

The price is fairly high just for a weekend stay, but it’s probably the cleanest , nicest hotel in Wisconsin Rapids.

Staff was very nice and very accommodating. Breakfast was awesome. There were lots of choices for breakfast.

There were a few ants on the bathroom floor

The hotel was nice very updated and clean. The staff were super kind and helpful. They also have a heated pool which was awesome.

The breakfast room is too small. No easy access to public restrooms near the breakfast room.
