Monday around 5:20 am the garbage truck in the alley was emptying giant bins making a lot of noise. Please see if the city could start route at another location. The pool depth tiles just above the water line were very dirty. I bought a scrubbing pad and it took 10 minutes to remove the scum from the tiles. Much better look. Joanie's husband Kurt.

The location was amazing. We came to ride the Green Circle State Trail and access to it was block away. Also within walking distance of parks, pubs and shopping!

It would have been nice to have an outdoor area to relax and enjoy the weather without being in the "restaurant".

Breakfast was average with too many days of cheesy eggs. Was told water was not served unless hotel census was at least 40. Comfy beds and pillows

Dead bolt was not working. Mold under ridge of sink. Prefer daily towel and trash service. Would like premium channel such as HBO or ability to connect to Netflix …

Breakfast was just okay. First morning a group of 6 people were holding a meeting. Very loud in that small room. Liked the location very much. Bed was comfortable and the room a very nice size. Shower was great!

I tried calling my friend (who was in the room without her mobile phone) through the hotel desk and was told it was impossible to connect to the room. This seemed very unusual and definitely a bit disconcerting. Is this not a possibility?

It's a great location for visiting my daughter. Rooms always clean. Nice bar/restaurant option.

I pre-paid for my room but was double charged. Supposedly fixed but was charged again. Eventually, Cobblestone fixed it. Room prices are high for the location.

Location was the most important part of the trip as I was meeting old college friends for a gathering. It involved some beer drinking.

Room was great. Clean and attractive

restaurant was far too expensive, even for a steak house. You don't buy a dinner there. Everything is a la carte. It's price point is out of line with the category of hotel.

Breakfast was great, better than competing hotels. Staff was great.

The pool was not working and that was disappointing. However I was given a discount for that. I asked for a disability room as I had recently suffered an injury making it hard for me to get around. I expected a room with a walk-in shower but my room was for someone with a hearing disability. I was able to look into the room with physical disability and saw that the room had a bathtub only with grab bars. Your website should explain what the disability is for. Fortunately my sister was with me and I was able to use the tub.
