Clean, comfortable, decor was nice, quiet, staff very friendly and helpful. Also, our second night we decided to get a second room, and the second room happened to have beds that are not closed off underneath. This was a HUGE help because we are only able use our disabled son’s hoyer lift if the base of the lift can roll under the bed. ADA rooms should always have that space under the beds should always be left open so hoyer lifts can bed used. This was super helpful for us!!!

The only disappointment is that the breakfast was only ok, not great. There was only one fruit choice (though the apples were very good).

Everything about our stay was great, even before we arrived. Staff communicated through out the week, leading up to our stay, saved my request for first floor, due to mobility issues from a recent back injury, even with us not expected to arrive until later at night & it was a fully booked weekend with the state basketball tournament. Check in was the easiest/quickest I've ever had. The location was amazing for where we needed to be & staff was friendly & helpful throughout our stay. Plus having a Noon checkout, is the cherry on top. The king bed was also very comfortable & our room was quite spacious in our 1 bedroom king suite. Our last night, we had some loud neighbors from another team who happened to stay up way too late, into the am hours & utilized the conference rooms that happened to be right across from our room, but that is of no fault of the hotel & I did request the 1st floor, so just left the bathroom fan on to help drown out our neighbors.

Mattress was low quality and you could feel some springs sitting on the edge through the material. Just updating the mattress in the premium rooms might be a good idea. Would have been totally acceptable for a standard rate room. I should also add I did have a good night sleep but expected just a little more for the price of a premium room. It probably was a good mattress when it was purchased but it's an older hotel so they probably just need to update it.

Staff updated us regarding receiving our request and making a change to accommodate it. They also responded that they recieved our notification of late arrival. We appreciated getting informed about these before getting to the hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and they offered more than most hotels do, and the breakfast staff kept everything clean and filled.

Great location for what we needed. Close to many amenities. Room was clean and met our needs.

The chlorine in the pool was overpowering. Instant sting to eyes when we entered the area. Could not enjoy the Pool/hot tub area due to the strong chlorine. Could have been very dangerous imo. We had to leave almost immediately, began to effect lungs and breathing within minutes. too bad.

Location, easily accessible to other facilities we needed. Clean, pool was well maintained. Breakfast was good, (coffee could be stronger). Dog relief areas were abundant and we really enjoyed our stay!

Honestly, we’re past COVID. Having a policy of cleaning the room and making the bed only every 3 days is absurd. When you’re paying about or over $200 a night, the very least you should expect is the room to be cleaned, towels changed, and bed made daily. I literally had to complain to get these minimal things done. Why? Now, after I complained it was done, but I should have not have to have asked (after the first day, when I did ask and it wasn’t done.)

I enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was friendly, no holding charges applied to your credit card, the rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable beds, the pool was warm & the breakfast was great. I frequent the area often for appointments and this is our go to hotel from now on.

Really nice Room and Facility. The Pool and hot tub were great, although there was far too much chlorine in the hot tub. Handy location to a lot of fast food and UW- Stevens Point. Great trail system behind the hotel for walking or running.

I liked the variety of food for breakfast and the coffee. The staff was available and able to help whenever I needed something.

The floors were squeaky. Someone next door had a squeaky bed that was loud for a good 20 minutes.

Location is good it was very well-maintained everything worked as it was supposed to work this was the weekend they have the semi finals for the girls ball teams, this weekend every year coincides with the one that I am there for. in the past they have run around all over at all hours making noise and raising hell They had a sign up that covered that behavior and they were clamped down on and except for one yell over the six days I was there you couldn’t have asked for a better behaved crew they also had a sign out front that I will enclose a picture of that I just loved!
