The location was great,right off the highway and the staff was so nice gave us answers to all our questions plus took time to talk to us personally.

The bar was never open and I guess not your fault but kids running around on the floor after 10 at night. I blame that on the parents.Bery nice

The kids loved the pool with the basketball hoops.

We paid $10 extra for the breakfast, yet when we went to the front desk the next morning, they said breakfast was not included in our package. When I said I paid extra for it they did give us vouchers for the breakfast. Why didn't your booking indicate that we had paid for the breakfast?

Andrew at the front desk is by far the best customer service rep, hotel employee, etc., my family and I have ever encountered! Absolutely wonderful demeanor, professional, knowledgeable, happy, just fantastic!

The back door by the pool area - the sidewalk meets some rocks and then goes to sidewalk again. Not great for getting a rolling suitcase over. Otherwise great!!

Breakfast was outstanding. We were close to the pool which was nice for my granddaughter. Staff were super friendly. The location was perfect for our travel destination. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The mattress could have been a little more comfortable. We will get King beds next time since that is what we are used to. Pillows and bedding were comfy but the mattress was too soft in our opinion.

No free breakfast The buffet at the restaurant was less than a continental breakfast at other Holiday Inn’s, cost us the price of a McDonald’s breakfast, and a tip on the original cost of the meal. Curtains should close on first floor-creep when walkers are 2 feet from your window and there is just a sheer curtain. (no sidewalk just rude people)

We were there for a softball tournament the whole team, we were able to get together in the lobby and hang out with no issues. Lots of bathrooms and very clean! Also the little store and restaurant was great too

There was no way to fully darken the room. The curtains are only built to close halfway. For people who can not sleep with light this is upsetting.

I did not like that I spent money on a family suite and it only slept 4 people. The website made it seem like we would be able to sleep 6. The bunk beds, the regular bed and then I thought a pull out couch. Kinda disappointed on that. I would have saved money and just got a regular room with 2 beds in it.

We loved the room, we had a spa tub in the room. The room was also spacious, had a great bed and electronic fireplace. We had a great time.

Nothing. We thought everything was as described on booking.com. Highly recommended.

The beds were actually so comfortable which I find to not be the case more and more often with hotels. We all had great sleep, all the facilities were in great working order and staff was kind and helpful in the middle of the night when I needed cold medicine and my husband could go get it for me.
