The breakfast was great. Staff was so kind. The assistant manager was very welcoming and helpful!

The pool area was SO cold. It would have been so much better if the area would have been warmer.

The cleanliness is very good, the hospitality is very good and the breakfast if good. Location for me was good.

This was a perfect location for a hockey festival. Very close to the Hawks Ice rink. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety including eggs, milk, OJ, fruit, tea and coffee. The staff were extremely helpful. The king suite was VERY comfortable for three of us, who spent a lot of time in the room between games (the boy needed rest, and with the pandemic, we don't like to be out and about more than necessary). The fridge and microwave served us well. The extra space in the king suite and a bit of separation with the half-wall was nice, since we were together 24/7 for three days. The location is also near lots of restaurants and Target, which came in handy to replace a smashed water bottle between games. Great stay. Thank you!

The pull out couch was not the most comfortable to sleep on. It would also be great to find tea bags as well as coffee in the room, but such a minor point!

it’s super clean and right in the middle of everything you need. sausage disks (explained below) there was a very nice man at the front desk who upon arrival talked with me about the area and my stay. he was very welcoming. I loved the availability of hot tea as I do not drink coffee. UM THE SOAP DISPENSERS IN THE SHOWER??? that was pure genius. never seen that in a hotel before. absolutely loved that. check out was fast omg I talked to her for like 3 seconds and I was out of there! check in was also mega easy. every employee I passed said hi and smiled!

it could be closer to UWSP but I’m not mad about it, close enough, not like you can pick up the building and move it over there. breakfast sausage links were dry. those little disk ones were way better than the links tho I was digging that pretty hard.

It was easy to find, easy to location our work destination, very clean, all we needed, and good breakfast. The hotel really dealt with nicely with the Covid 19 issue. It was a short drive to a number of restaurants. We would certainly stay there again. Finally, the shower was wonderful!

For us it all we needed. Could not have asked a better place for a quick overnight business trip. No complaints.

The location was fine. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable....would just be nice to have 2 chairs in a room for both guests to use. The staff was great. We had a tornado watch and terrible rainstorms when we were there and felt quite safe. New and up to date and would definitely stay at Fairfield again.

Breakfast was terrible. They used to have bacon and eggs and muffins, etc. This year the breakfast sandwiches were terrible.
