The motel allows pets (dogs). There was a nice grassy area to walk my dog. It is very conveniently located by the zoo with the Christmas lights walk. Very decent price! The staff was friendly and helpful. Most importantly, it was clean! The room was spacious (2 beds).

A little dated decor, although not a big deal or deal breaker. The pillows were uncomfortable.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived half hour before check in and were allowed access to our room without any hassle. I also like the location as there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Cozy, comfy, and clean. Micro and mini fridge. Very private. Screens on door and all windows for delightful fresh air. Located within walking distance to the Zoo Park. Nice staff. Excellent value.

Lamp shade on bedside table in need of replacement (old and worn). Window sills and screens needed vacuuming, but not a deal-breaker.

It is nice and quiet. The staff respected my request that they not come into my room during my stay.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Also the bathtub spigot was very hard to turn on.

No frills motel but great value. Room was clean, comfortable and fairly spacious. Appreciated the sofa in the room. Quiet neighborhood.

Only minor inconveniences. No room for toiletries by the sink, adding a floating shelf would be helpful. Volume control on TV remote did not work.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and reasonably priced. Refrigerator and microwave in both rooms saved us money eating out also.

It was nice to have a chair outside our room, but as a couple, it would have been even better if we each could have had one .But overall the room was very clean, smelt good, and the air conditioning worked well. It was even on when we checked in.

It would have been nice to have a picnic table or two on thier nice big lawn, after all it is a "park" motel.
